Very disappointing!

Pool was NOT temperature cold. Very, very cold as well as the room the pool is in. I rented two rooms. In the first room, the phone did not work, the thermostat would not change and we found ( and reported) used towels and someone’s shoes in the closet. The second room was missing a drawer! In the dresser and you could not change the tv channel. Very, very disappointing!

Booking.com not really liked here-was my problem rather than them calling booking.com so I am out the money. Surely man
Pros:

Pool but was no where near the size on the photos

Cons:

Booking.com issues resulting in my having to pay twice for the room. Full to capacity with Cruise Ship passengers-could not get a luggage cart, breakfast was overrun and took forever to use the elevator . No pets allowed.

Room was not clean. 2 hairs in the shower and small trash on the floor. TV didn't connect.
