Clean and late check in was a breeze,
One of the beds in the room needed updated due to its age and was uncomfortable but the other that had a significantly newer mattress was comfortable. Also there was notice ice available.
Location and they accept pets
Not being able to sleep properly due to two dogs with the two gentlemen in room 153 barking incessantly and scratching at doors all night long. They did nothing to control the two dogs. They also did nothing to help me as a woman when I was pulled to the ground in a dog altercation and have abrasions on my hands and knees
The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Clean, great stay
Conveniently located right off the highway , the rooms are spacious and the public facilities were exceptionally clean
The eggs and sausage in the morning were a bit undercooked -and the yogurt coming out a machine threw me off a bit. However the staff member puttinf
The food out effortlessly was super friendly to all the guests and welcoming each and everyone in the morning.
Hotel had a VERY LOUD Party/Gathering in the Breakfast Area near my Room @ 1130PM-130AM with 8-10 children screaming & running races past my door that startled me away! I called the front desk 9-10 times & was hung up on!
I got zero Sleep for fear someone would break into my Room. I expect a FULL REFUND for my night of Terror & Fear.
THE TERRIBLE DISRUBANCE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT that the Hotel permitted to go on till the wee hours of the morning in the Lobby/Breakfast Area!
It was a pretty decent breakfast with a wide choice of items.
Room was not properly cleaned. Previous occupants stuff was still in the refrigerator and dirty hand towel was left in the shower area.
Both staff members at check in and check out were very pleasant and friendly. The gentleman supervising the breakfast responsibilities was exceptional and the buffet was well stocked and easy to maneuver. Everything was clean, prepped and ready to serve. Ive been to many different hotels and don't always experience a good breakfast buffet and helpful staff. This establishment was one of the best stays we've been to.
