Pros:

The shower in the room didn’t work and only had bath option. The front desk clerk disappeared and just left keys on desk without explaining where the room was or giving any information including the room number.

The room was clean but it was supposed to be non smoking and smelled of smoke and very strong disinfectant. The disinfectant was overpowering and gave me a headache. The breakfast was very poor. All preheat stuff.

The room we slept in was fine. The bathroom was pretty inadequate. The walls and floors were in need of repair. There was no stopper in the tub. The pool was not working and fill of dirty leaf filled water.

I felt safe taking the dogs out at night, but no poop bags and people did not bother cleaning up after their dogs. I realized the next morning I had poop on my shoes and was walking in the room with it. Yuck! I did have my own bags and cleaned up after my pups. There was also a cart full of garbage in the lot next door and litter all over the grounds that I had to keep pulling out of my puppy's mouth. The staff was really nice though.

Pros:

Vagrants living outside the hotel.
Drug dealling going on.
Very unsafe for a single woman ,miles from home. Hotel falsely advertised. Many more hotels nearby clearly safer.
Should be awarded a partial refund.. After traveling from florida for 11 hours heading to Michigan, I couldnt handle dealing with your customer service. I use you frequently.
I also have a current trip planned in October.
If I do not hear from you with some kind of grievence I will be cancelling and re- routing that trip and any of those to follow through another agency.
I wish Expedia would pay more attention to the properties they represent, and the consumers they potentially could be placing in harms way.woman's
