Great value for the price!
Pros:

The facilities are good overall. No frills, very basic and moderately comfortable. Excellent for the price for sure. Walking distance from a few shopping areas which is a plus. Clean and manageable.

Cons:

The hot water gave us issues during the tail end of the visit over the final day or so. It's only two floors, so there is no elevator. Basic and bare bones kind of place, but for the price, you can't really ask for more. Otherwise, all good!
