Cleaning staff member Anna wouldn’t quit looking in our room even after she was told we would be checking out at 10:30 AM. It was very frustrating!!!

Pros:

Old property but room was clean. Breakfast are locked until 7 so no coffee before then.

Despite the issue with our first room, the outstanding customer service and quick resolution made a

Although our stay got off to a rocky start, the customer service was excellent. We were initially given a room with mould covering the ceiling, but reception handled the situation brilliantly. They immediately sent maintenance to inspect it, and after one look they upgraded us to a suite without any hassle.
* The replacement room was spotless, spacious and well maintained, with great amenities. It completely changed our impression of the hotel.
* The breakfast offered a good selection of both hot and cold items. It does get quite busy, though, so we’d recommend going earlier if you want the best choice and a quieter experience.
* The indoor pool was clean and well looked after, and towels were provided, making it easy to enjoy without having to bring your own.
* The location is great, particularly if you’re travelling by car. There are plenty of attractions, restaurants and activities nearby, many of which are within walking distance.
* Overall, the hotel felt clean and well maintained once we were moved to our new room.

Cons:

There are ice machines throughout the hotel, but no water refill stations. This meant having to buy bottled water from the vending machines, which wasn’t ideal—especially as many of them had sold out of both water and other drinks during our stay.

Great value for a wonderful, well kept hotel with great amenities.
Pros:

This hotel is wonderful. It's a great value with clean, large rooms. We enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The breakfast room is very large, comfortable, clean and has many breakfast options. This is an older hotel, but very nice with very large rooms. It's a great location, but very sound proof.

To me it was just another average hotel nothing to really bragg about.
Pros:

The pools were nice as well as the staff.

Cons:
