Overall a pleasant stay in a convenient location that doesn’t cost a fortune.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with lots of options.
Location was very convenient to Dollywood and other attractions.
Rooms were clean and housekeeping came each day leaving clean towels and washcloths.

Cons:

The A/C was either very cold or too warm and humid just changing temp by one degree.
Bed had a spring that squeaked very loud with any movement.

Decent if you just need a place to sleep, however there are many nicer places to stay nearby
Pros:

Conveniently location. Walkable to many restaurants and attractions on the parkway

Cons:

Facilities are dated. There seemed to be an electrical issue in our room. Our tv, fridge, and microwave were not working and when we attempted to plug everything back in it made the lights in the room flicker. There was no seal in the exterior door to our room and the lock was difficult to engage. We did not get to utilize the hot tub as there were very young unattended children in the pool and we felt this was a liability- Staff stated they could not do anything about this. The elevator in our building was poorly kept and had an unpleasant smell.

Pros:

Every staff member from check in, housekeeping and Maintenance was Great! The housekeepers were working hard and impressive to see the cleaning and Mopping of outdoor hallways. This was a Clean and well Keep Property. The Contential Breakfast was Great! 3 Pools on the Property! Great Location in Walking distance to attractions and Restaurants! Trolley stop in front of hotel as well! We Will Be Back & Definitely Will Recommend to Friends!

Pros:

The location provided easy access for what we wanted to do.

Cons:

Needed to be sprayed,spiders and ants in bathroom and adjoining area. The floor was dirty,needed to be at least damp mopped between each occupancy. Stayed there several times in the past, will rethink this facility on our next trip.
