It was perfect because of location to Gatlinburg … we travelled with our High School

Nothing , it was located in the middle of town.

Cons:

The room smelled when we walked in. The bathroom was so small it was like a closet. The staff act like didn't want to talk because I booked with thru a third party. Then gave me a run around about getting a refund for night i was not there. It was also funny that the counter staff didn't have me sign the bill but all other hotels that I book thru Booking.com did, it's almost like they were trying to rip me off.

Beautiful town, but just that person ruined my day

The staff, there’s a lady at the front desk, that was very rude, as soon as I engaged a conversation with her, she started to talk to me very loudly, I even asked her to calm down, she made me wait for someone that never showed up. I returned to the lobby for the second time, she was still talking loudly, and I finally got my passkey. It all started, because I asked her that I put a request for a bathroom with a shower, not a bathtub shower.
