Pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. Clean room.
The lights in the halls were too dim it looked like the 70s. Maybe better lighting and the light just inside the room was the same. Makes you feel like you’re in another time zone. The wash clothes were way too big. The waste basket bags were too small unless you had an extra one in the basket. Every thing else was nice. For the waffles you had to go get some butter from the fridge instead of it being on the waffle maker table plus the butter was way too cold and wouldn’t melt on my waffle. It would be a great idea to have room temp. butter on the waffle maker table.
We had an awesome time. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I also enjoyed that it was so close to Dollywood and that parking was free.
We couldn't really get to either pool because they were always packed (nothing you all can do about that), but it was still something I didn't enjoy about the stay. And the staff wasn't overly friendly. Oh, and the traffic outside of the hotel made it hard to get in and out of the parking lot (again, nothing you can do about that). Outside of that, we had a great time. Dollywood was a blast.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and what the best thing to do is. They told us about the Ripley's Illusions place. It was so much fun. They told us about a place called Skyland Ranch where the grandkids could do a hayride and feed the animals. There are 3 pools, and all were very nice. Very open and relaxing. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The hotel was able to have our room next door to the family we were meeting with no extra charge; they upgraded our room. We had the best stay I had experienced in a very long time. Very much worth the price.
There was nothing that I didn't like.
Was able to check in early and swim after check out was very clean and nice
Breakfast just wasn't the best with the powdered eggs and had no bacon and sausage was spicy
Location and price were great
Rooms were not super clean. The room smelled liked pee.
How nice it was
Hated the pool closed
Nothing
Everything. It was dirty. It stunk and as soon as we walked in, we killed three bugs. The facility was nothing like the pictures. The pictures were definitely AI generated. Our room didn’t even have a TV.
Location was great!
Pretty clean overall. Our bathroom floor had not been cleaned. Urine drops spotted on the floor around the toilet. All of the staff was great and very helpful and respectful and friendly. We loved the sitting outside on the balcony and listening to the river, the view was pretty distorted because of the greenery was so thick. The bed was pretty comfortable.
The lighting was very dim in the hallways and in the room. It was annoying and I did not like that ALOT. There was not a sofa or any soft chairs to relax in our room.
The pool was open till midnight as there was 2 outside pools and 1 inside pool. The breakfast was very good. Vending and ice machines on every floor!!
Close to attractions in Pigeon Forge. Really nice pool areas (one indoor one outdoor). Staff friendly.
I had to wait in line to check in, only one person at desk despite it being late afternoon. Rooms are old motel style, the bathroom is tiny with the sink being outside in the room itself. The thing that bothered me the most was the level of humidity in the room. The AC worked well but nothing dried in the room when hung up and my books/papers curled
Breakfast was delicious and comprehensive: biscuits, eggs, sausages, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, juice, waffles. Just get there early!!!
Elevator broke down on our second day, and we had to walk 4 flights of stairs. :(
