Great stay when everything goes as planned and booked
Pros:

Location and outdoor pool

Cons:

We booked a quadruple accessible room-non smoking room in November for our stay in June. I confirmed our stay the day before and after a grueling 16 hour drive was told that all of their accessible rooms were taken! They “upgraded” us to a sister hotel where most of the time we were flooded and was unable to leave or enter. Staff told me to call the city to complain.

Not the best time...
Pros:

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The water to the tub was either a very slow cool trickle or a boiling stream of liquid lava. The water was hot enough to boil tea! There was n coffee maker in the room and no breakfast.
There were bugs - not roaches but the hard black bugs that crawl around and dare you to try and crush them. Probably take a hammer strike.
The pool was not blue like the web picture - was a smarmy shade of green. Probably hasn't had any kind of maintenance in weeks,
As I was leaving, I asked the front desk clerk for a copy of my bill. She was on her cell phone the entire time. I felt like I had inconvenienced her.
