Comfy beds, nice staff, great facilities and location is awesome.
Pros:

The location, having a pool, jacuzzi tub rooms and the beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

Our room had a a/c unit issue. I will say the whole hotel did not it was just our room. We did not complain because the area we stayed at had just suffered severe storm damage. We were just thankful to have a place to stay that had power. We will stay here again when traveling up that way.

Staff was not only professional but friendly as well.

RUN! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE! PICTURES DO NOT MATCH WHAT HOTEL LOOKS LIKE! POOL IS NOT FUNCTIONING! NOW ON BOOKING.COM IT SAYS IT'S NOT WORKING BUT DIDN'T WHEN I BOOKED IT. UNTIL I COMPLAINED AND WANTED A PARTIAL REFUND THEN THEY PUT ON BOOKING THAT IT DOESN'T WORK. CHECK ALL OTHER WEBSITES STILL SAYS IT WORKS. THERE WAS HAIR ON THE FLOOR IN BATHROOM, A TOENAIL CLIPPING ON FLOOR OF SHOWER. THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!! A/C QUIT WORKING IN OUR ROOM AND THEY WANTED ME TO SIT IN THE LOBBY FOR 2 HOURS WHILE THE CLEANER WAS FINISHED ON THE ROOMS THEY WERE CLEANING INSTEAD OF PULLING A CLEANER OFF TO CLEAN US A ROOM. IT WAS NEARLY 90 DEGREES OUTSIDE. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO STAY BECAUSE A REFUND WAS NOT IMMEDIATELY PUT ON MY CARD. BREAKFAST LOOKED HORRIBLE. WE NEVER ATE THERE. IF THE ROOMS WERE THIS DIRTY I CANNOT IMAGINE WHAT THEIR KITCHEN LOOKED LIKE! I AM ATTACHING PICTURES TOO! THE PITCURES THEY HAVE ON THE SITES DO NOT REPRESENT WHAT THE HOTEL LOOKS LIKE AT ALL! WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE GOT THERE THE POOL WAS UNDER MAINTENANCE. THE POOL HASN'T EVEN BEEN OPENED FROM THE LOOKS OF IT.

Filthy! The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Mold in the shower. Hair dryer fell out of the wall in pieces. Outlet box actually came out it the wall when pulling out my phone charger. Filthy hallway. Floor so dirty when walking from the shower to the bed my feet turned black. Pool closed with green algae seeping through the cover. Do not stay here for health and safety reasons.
