Decent stay for the price
Pros:

Comfy beds and quiet. It was not far for Rigby’s water world

Cons:

Bathrooms wasn’t clean (bath tub) the tub was so dark you couldn’t see the bottom of it. Focusing on that area would be very impressive.

Love location and customer service is great
Pros:

I love this location. This is about my fifth or sixth time here. We are from Atlanta we come down to go to Rigbys Waterpark. And this location is close to everything you need

Okay stay for a night if they don't have parties in the parking lot. Poor management.
Pros:

The young lady that checked me in remembered me from last time. She originally had me in the same room that she did before. That room didn't have a working remote/tv so she moved me.

Cons:

There was a parking lot party going on right outside my room. Lots of loud music, alcohol and drug use, and a large group of young people. I made the gentleman that was on shift aware of it, he apologized but did nothing to stop it. I decided to leave and drive home 3.5 hours after about 2 hours of that going on. I was told I would not be charged since this was no fault of my own. I was, and contacted them the following Monday. Nearly a month later and still no call back from management as promised or refund.

Staff is friendly, hotel is clean, prices are fair

Cons:

We have stayed multiple times, last time i stayed the parking lot was full of people having a party doing drugs and drinking alcohol being very loud, my while room smelled like weed coming through AC from outside, staff couldnt get them to stop i packed up and left and after being there only very short time did not stay over night and was still charged, and am now getting the run around about getting a refund!

Rattle and roll.
Pros:

Employees were friendly and Wal Mart was across the street. Plenty of hot water and had a good ref and microwave.

Cons:

The ac unit in 205 was rattleling and noisy, even when in off cycle. Fortunately, it wasn't very hot. People outside at 3 am for whatever reason. I would have increased my rating if not for the ac.

I asked to be moved downstairs due to my child's grandmother could not travel up and down the steps. The room had a bad smell and bedding was dirty. The shower was dirty.
