Bed too low, hot tub closed, shabby entrance

The floor was very dirty; the carpet had not received anything but a cursory vacuuming. It is an old hotel and we were told that it is due for remodeling.

Wry nice facility clean and quiet! The only thing I can say is they definitely need new Mattresses they are very hard and uncomfortable!

This facility is newer. Our room, a king bed and couch, was on the second floor but there was no elevator. I am a senior with walking issues so I asked for first floor. The room was down graded to a two bed room which was not a problem. The problem was that the room, although newer had some issues. The carpet was fraying and had a cigarette burn. The bed was the most uncomfortable and hard bed that I have ever slept on. Also I reached for the outlet behind the night stand and was dirty with dust and debris.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at, not worth the $189/ night I paid. I can’t believe it has such good reviews. Yes, the front staff was nice and the room was clean, and it was dated (which doesn’t matter to me). But, the entire hotel had a strong chemical smell, like it was just fumigated or had the carpets chemically cleaned; the smell gave my daughter a horrible headache. Worse yet, the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable, pokey and noisy with no give or padding. In summary, we stayed here so we could rest on a long road trip, none of us had a good night sleep and we continued on our journey unrefreshed, failing every hotels primary duty.

In the year 2025 how can there be no elevators? I can’t believe it is legal. Having to carry luggage up a flight of stairs is a huge liability exposure to say the least.

The property was clean but need some updates and repairs, it would be nice to have the complimentary Breakfast last till at least 10:00 am ! When we stripped our beds to check for bugs(a precaution we always take, the mattress had stains ! That was disturbing we flipped it over and remade the bed , pillow left us wanting more support !!!!

Although this hotel is nothing fancy, the front desk employees were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I asked for a quiet room and even though the room was directly over the dining area, I never heard a thing. I thought the bed was going to be too firm, but slept like a baby. Breakfast was the usual buffet, but it’s free so no complaints. The only complaint I have is that they advertised the ability to “cast” premium channels from your phone to the tv but found out the tv wasn’t connected to the internet. Limited channels available otherwise. Would definitely stay here again

Convenient location; quiet even though next to NY Thruway. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms, only refrig in room, no microwave. Limited breakfast. Carpet dirty; did not appear to have been vacuum between guests.

Our stay was wonderful! My only complaint is that they closed the indoor pool during the thunderstorms, so we were unable to enjoy the pool.

We found our room very clean and comfortable and would recommend this hotel. We would stay again if in the area.

This hotel needs a complete remodel and refurb
Advertised as having a pool and hot tub both non functional and have been for months++
Breakfast very different at weekends from weekdays check times carefully as little information given
NO RECYCLING still using all plastic utensils/ cups and bottles even “ turtle strangling” plastic around the plastic bottles
Come on Best Western try and save our planet!
Rooms are old and in need of complete refurb very musty and unventilated with noisy fridges and old AC units
Shower only in all rooms tub baths changed to drain only
Plus for the towels which did seem new
Staff try their best but don’t seem to know how to improve things
Maybe as there is little choice in this area no one is interested

Pool and hot tub were not in working order and the bed was absolutely horrible
