Best Western Plus Yukon

Thoroughly pleasant stay, clean & comfortable, great rate, wonderful pool & hot tub, and terrific staff. Breakfast was full of options, but the crackling fireplace was a surprise and special treat

My husband and I stay at this hotel on our travels to Tucson every year. This year there was a complication with the reservation - in fact there were two reservations. Jennifer was at the front desk, reviewed the situation and made the necessary correction. She was great. Thank you for the excellent service, Jennifer.

I intentionally booked the room here because they advertised a hot tub. Upon arrival, I was told it was broken and had been for several weeks. This is clearly false advertising as BW website states they have a pool and hot tub. This seems to be typical in the midwest. Hey, screw you we don't care if we mislead you. As a Diamond Select member, I am becoming so disappointed with BW properties as this is becoming more and more frequent.

Very nice and clean property. Plenty of parking for oversized vehicles. Internet was OK, but video calling with my family was not clear. Breakfast hours were too early and too short for me to enjoy since I checked in so late.

The cleaning stafff was exceptional. The biggest problem with hotels in this country is the cleanliness and these ladies were absolutely hard working and took pride in their work. I’ve seen 4 star hotels that didn’t come close to this place.

This appears to be an older property that has been updated. It was clean, well-equiped (except the pool was closed), good breakfast. We had a handicapped room, even though we didn't need one, but it was fine. I expected road noise, but it was surprisingly quiet, considering proximity to I-40.

Staff was great. It was a fine place to just go sleep. There were a ton of crickets in my room. The hotel has smoking rooms so the whole place has a smell. It wasn’t my favorite place but it worked for a quick overnight stay.

Doors did not close property so on the first night, our room was open when we returned from getting food and the people who rented the room next-door had the same problem with their door, so it was kind of scary to know that you weren’t locked in your room protected

We stayed here with our elder dog who has health issues. Being on the first floor with both interior and exterior doors made it so easy to take our dog for a walk. The property was very clean, quiet and there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, I liked the build your own breakfast burrito offering. The staff was super friendly and always smiling. We called with some questions prior to arriving and the front desk answered all our questions making midnight check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and again.

This is a great best western. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. Right off the highway and they have smoking rooms. I highly recommend this best western.

Access to and from the hotel was a little tricky during busy traffic periods but if you could sneak in and out during off hours it wasn't too bad.

Staff was super friendly, facility and rooms were very clean, room price was affordable, and the breakfast was good too!

Very nice room amazing bed!

Smelled like cigarette smoke in a nonsmoking room. Crickets and bugs. Hair in the shower.

A little dated but very good otherwise

Enjoyed our four days stay while visiting family. Well located off the highway but room was quiet. the daily breakfast was good. Nice staff. Laundry facilities easy access.
