The bed was so comfortable
The breakfast was okay. The shower dripped all night. One of the lamps didn't work, so it was dark in our room. Maintenance was not available.
The bed was comfortable.
The person at check in was neither friendly nor helpful, probably because she was talking on the phone and I showed up to check in and had to wait. . . . and wait . . . and wait until she finally put the call on hold and then told me I'd have to pay $40 for early check-in. Additionally, there was no amenity kit (shower cap, Qtips, etc) in the room.
Convenient to highway and to restaurants
No automatic doors entering the property making it difficult to get luggage through while also trying to hold the doors open.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly. The only problem we had was the toilet would no flush, kept overflowing and we were not stocked with toilet paper or towels. Had to keep going back for both over our weekend stay. But everything else was 10/10.

Room did not have air conditioning on and was extremely warm and uncomfortable for the first couple of hours. No towels in the bathroom; called the front desk and they said "we will have a set available at the front desk for you to pick up". Our room was literally around the corner from the front desk. Only towels that were provided at the front desk were bath towels; no face cloth, no hand towel and 1 of the bath towels was old, scratchy and had an odor. There was no body wash or shampoo in the shower dispensers and none at the sink; only lotion. Shower curtain appeared to be old and had mold along the bottom.
No power.
The power went out 7:00pm with a storm, and never came back on.
So there was also no breakfast.
We checked out early and would like some type of compensation.
Great last minute decision to stay in Abilene on our way to New Braunfels. Hotel was clean and well maintained.
