Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable and I called downstairs as soon as I walked in the room. There wasn’t an option for refund. I asked to pay more for a better room. She said all beds the same. The shower was NIOT clean. Dark hair all over the shwr wall. I don’t know how this rates very good.

Value was the biggest plus. great location for our family near my daughter's house

Cons:

I could not get the TV to work everything streaming site said I needed to sign in. We also found an old french fry on the floor. We never had fries in the room. We have stayed before and it seems this place is not as clean as it should be

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We had 4 children 10 and under. IN ONE ROOM and still enjoyed our stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our visit, the only problem we had was trying to get our Xbox to connect to the wifi for the children. Not a big deal at all though.

Cons:

Not sure if it is related or not, but both my son and I have had a cold since swimming. Maybe too high of chlorine levels. Maybe not. Could be just a cold. Other than that. The fold out could have had a cleaner sheet but when asked they nicely provided one :)

Probably won’t be staying at this hotel again.
Pros:

The breakfast was much bettter than where we usually stay.

Cons:

Two different staff members were working in dirty clothes at the front desk and the extra blanket and the end cover on the bed were dirty. The heating in the room was working inconsistently and we were cold a lot.
