The staff and facillity was fine.
Pros:

The breakfast selection was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The metal barrier under the bed was irritating - made a clanging noise when inadvertently touched. I had to get new room key every day, as lock wasn't working properly. I was surprised when I could not get a printed receipt upon checkout, and was told they would not even tell me what the total charges were for my stay.

The pool is lovely and the place seems very safe and clean.

The picture frame was broken in the room and the mirror was hung up behind the tv but overall it was good.

Pros:

More like what didn't I like. The day staff "E" always had a smile on his face and was very helpful. I really liked the daily quotes on the chalkboard on the front desk and in the dining area. Beautiful place, excellent service. The pool and hot tub were very clean.

Team members very helpful and friendly.
The gentleman when we checked in was very helpful as our booking had been cancelled because of a payment problem which we hadn’t been able to resolve at the time as we were on a plane !
Very clean and comfortable. Adequate breakfast. Location excellent .

Sadly disappointed for a company that big

Bed was very lumpy, pool was cold and dirty ,air conditioning noisy and room was next to laundry room so noise from there didn’t help much
