Overall a nice hotel with nearby amenities and also food around. Will definitely be back again.

Good sized rooms in HCM City. Rooms are a bit tired but clean enough. I’d say more on outskirts of district 1 but great

Nice hotel in good location.
Pros:

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Nice roof terrace. They gave me a chistmas present! Location was great, nice restaurants around the hotel. I liked the location and the warm welcomming.

Great location, staff and relaxing stay. Recommended.
Pros:

Great location in District 1, the rooftop terrace with hammocks, swings and the view were great. The best thing that made this location hassle free, the free access to drinks, snacks and the washing /drying facilities on the roof. Just took the worry away.

Noisy
Pros:

Location, unlimited snacks and drinks.

Cons:

Noisy hotel. Construction next door - drilling, and hammering 7 hours straight, starting 9am. Can hear upstair guests walking, stomping the floor and move the furniture. Primary school 100 meters from the hotel, can hear the cheering and the bell system ring.

Most of these noises can be dampened with the earplugs provided, but the construction was too much. Notified the reception that we could not sleep in this and welcomed the receptionist to our room and listen to the horrible noise. Got asked to wait until afternoon for it to end.

Very rarely did we get hot water in the shower at night. I assume the hotel ran out of hot water by night. We stayed for 6 nights total. Hard to really get some good quality sleep here.

Pros:

rooms were really clean and the beds super comfy. Complimentary beer and snacks was great. Found it really quiet and a great family sized room. Accidentally went to the wrong hotel to start with so be carefully your grab takes you to the right hotel.
