Pros:

Staff, breakfast, and swimming pool were fantastic.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the first room stopped working and maintenance reset the circuit breaker to get it going again, but it then started leaking from the ceiling soon after. We were promptly moved to a new room so everything worked out well.

Our stay was terrible. There were loud people in the pool at night until 9pm. ALL DURING THE NIGHT we were constantly woken up by a group of people running up and down the corridor and pressing the door bells. This same group were making a lot of noise and talking at the pool all during the early hours of the morning. I finally got out of bed at 4.30am and yelled at them to shut up. I also contacted reception who did nothing to tell them to be quiet. Your hotel is the worst we have stayed at and we will never be back or recommend to anyone. Room is small. Lot of noise echos from pool area. No smoking on own balcony.

Pros:

Lage: direkt nebendran ein kleiner Shop, ein Zahnarzt, massage, ein paar warungs. ca. 5-10min entfernt die Hauptmeile von Kuta. Dadurch echt ruhig (wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Zugang zum Poolbereich), kurze Fahrtzeit zum Flughafen.

Zimmer: ausreichend groß und sauber

Ausstattung:
Der Kinderclub hat meiner Tochter durch die nette Betreuung trotz weniger Ausstattung für größere Kinder spaß gemacht.
Der Pool war richtig toll.

Frühstück: leckere indische Speisen, gute Ei Station.

Service: die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett, sowie auch der Page und die Dame im Kinderclub.

Cons:

Zimmer: es roch leider bei uns leicht modrig und die Couch hatte auch einige schwarze Flecken.

Ausstattung:
der Kinderclub ist leider nur ein kleiner Raum und eher für kleinere Kinder ausgestattet

Frühstück: für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und den aufgerufenen Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet, sollte meiner Meinung nach ein Kaffegetränk wie Cappuccino etc. Inklusive sein. Zumindest eins pro Person. Das war hier nicht der Fall. Und haben wir so auf unserer 2 monatigen reise nur in kleineren Hotel oder homestays gehabt. Und selbst da war es oft inklusive.

Service: im Restaurant schien das Personal sehr unflexibel zu sein. Also ich einen Cappuccino bestellte beim Frühstück hieß es nur: nicht inklusive. Anstatt wenigstens: ist nicht inklusive, aber wir können ihnen denen gerne gegen einen extra Betrag xx bringen.
Wir bestellen Mittagessen an die Poolliegen. Meine kleine Tochter wollte nur mal sehen wie das schwimmende tablett funktioniert und ihre Pommes drauf stellen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war im Restaurant nix los und es standen beide Tabletts unberührt herum, sowohl als auch das Personal. Ich fragte freundlich ob ich es nur mal kurz schwimmen lassen kann. Das wurde verneint, denn die sind ja nur dafür da das floating breakfast zu servieren wenn man das bestellt. Ich erklärte nochmal das unsere Tochter nur verstehen möchte wie das funktioniert, da sie sowas noch nie gesehen hat und wir das wirklich nur kurz ins Wasser stellen ihr zeigen wie das geht, ihre Pommes kurz draufstellen und es dann direkt wieder raus bringen. Aber nein.
Das konnten wir ehrlich gesagt nicht wirklich verstehen, warum das nicht möglich war.

Der Transfer der vom Hotel angeboten wird ist leider 3 Fach so teuer wie Grab. Das war es uns dann nicht wert.

Pros:

The location is perfect—close to both the airport and the best shopping spots in Kuta. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I’m so grateful that they cleaned my room every day. There was no better feeling than returning to a fresh, clean room after a full day of adventure.

Cons:

However, my room was located at the back of the property, quite far from the reception. It was a bit of a long walk at the end of a tiring day. I wasn't sure if all the family rooms are located at the back, but overall, it was still a good stay

idealna na pierwsza lub ostatnią noc ale jeśli planujesz być dłużej w tej okolicy to też polecam.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na pierwszy lub ostatni dzień przed wylotem. blisko lotniska. dobre śniadanie w formie szwedzkiego stołu. obsługa 10/10 bardzo profesjonalni i mili. pomoc przy rozładunku i załadunku walizek z samochodu. byliśmy traktowani i ważni goście pomimo tego że byliśmy tylk ona jedną noc. klimatyzacja cicha więc nie przeszkadzała w nocy.

wszystko super. brak zastrzeżeń.
