The hotel had decent infrastructure, including restaurant and spa facilities.

The hotel was overall good in terms of infrastructure, with convenient restaurant and spa facilities within the property itself.

Cons:

There were several disappointing aspects of this hotel. Upon arrival, the check-in experience was poorly organized, and no one assisted us with our luggage from the car to the reception or room, which is far below the level of service expected, especially in Bali.

I was also disappointed that the hotel did not clearly communicate that breakfast was only included for two people. Even if this was mentioned somewhere during booking, there was no clear follow-up email or message to inform us in advance. This lack of communication was frustrating, and while the extra buffet charge was not high, the hotel should have been transparent about it from the beginning.

Pros:

I choose the premiere room.pool view which was quite.a good choice since I am.traveling with my husband and my teenage boy who is just 14 but already as tall as a 19-niners. The room setting has extra sofa that can be extended to a sofa bed so my teenage can fit in very comfy. The pool is another thing we adore, it is not olumpic nor as huge as in bali resorts in Nusa Dua but it really is pleasant to kill the time and relaxing, thanks to the lovely garden surround it.

We also fond to Mr Komang the driver who pick us up from the airport, he is very kind and polite and suggest nice restaurant nearby for us, which fortunately was a good catch, my son love the ayam betutu so much that he kept mentioned it during our travel. We also pleased with most of the staff, from the kitchen, the barista, the room.service delivery, room.maintenance officer, whose names were unfortunately we forgot to ask. Thank you, mbok and bli for being such a nice host.

Cons:

The bathroom floor does not a nice drainage design, whenever we shower the water runs outside the shower box eventhough the door has already been close.

There is also an insident which we found really dissapointing relating to.guest housekeeping request but I rarely expossed here. I hope the management reads this review well and seek for the history themselves for their improvement.

Il ristorante è molto buono e ha ampia offerta, anche per la colazione è molto piacevole il buffet. Personale gentile. Abbastanza pulito. Piscina piacevole. Letto comodo.

Cons:

Camera un po' piccola se si resta più giorni. Struttura un po' datata.

Cons:

Shuttle only runs twice a day, didn’t see that when booking as it just said add shuttle service to airport, food option for dinner had three options. The bbq they had looked much better so didn’t eat the dinner I paid for instead paid $6 for the bbq. Breakfast I paid for also but didn’t end up eating it as I ordered food to room. Suggestion don’t pay for the bundle. Overall very clean comfy and Greta place to stay

The pool.ground room 8000,.I love ground level opened my door and it was a beautiful view of the pool...

Cons:

My breakfast was included, but booking.com messed up. It was dishearting we had to pay for our breakfast of 2 and every new person he took to his room fkr the night he also shared breakfast with them at no cost.
