Das Personal war sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Nachdem ich auf das Problem mit den Betten hingewiesen hatte, wurde schnell nach einer Lösung gesucht. Ein zusätzliches Einzelbett wurde aus einem anderen Zimmer bzw. von einer anderen Etage organisiert und in unser Zimmer gebracht. Der gute und lösungsorientierte Umgang mit dem Problem hat mir sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Bei unserer Ankunft befanden sich im Zimmer jedoch nur ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Die ursprünglich bereitgestellte Bettenkonstellation entsprach somit nicht unserer Buchung. Glücklicherweise wurde das Problem anschließend vom Personal gelöst.
