Pros:

La piscine est magnifique mais tres compliqué d y aller le soir car c est toujours privatisé....
L espace bien être assez moyen car l eau du jacuzzi etait à chaque fois froide et le hammam etait tiède....
Sauna niquel !
Ce n est pas mixte 😔

Every person in the hotel was very nice and kind. They really wanted to help.

Cons:

* The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe.
* Getting the airport transfer was a nightmare. It wasn’t clear how to arrange it. When I arrived, I spent almost an hour at the airport without Wi-Fi trying to get help from the hotel. Instead of assisting me directly, they just sent me taxi drivers’ phone numbers. The drivers replied with video messages rather than text, which I couldn’t download without internet access.
* All the rooms smelled as if someone had been smoking. Even the air coming from the ventilation system smelled like cigarette smoke.
* There are no physical locks on the room doors—only key cards. I didn’t feel secure.
* Some strange people entered the floors through the emergency exit, and loud Arabic music was playing from other rooms late into the night.
* The interiors are flashy and shiny, but basic things were missing. There wasn’t even a clean bed cover.
* The hotel photos appear to be heavily AI-enhanced and don’t accurately reflect the reality.

Although the staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful, I never felt safe and couldn’t sleep all night.

Pros:

Clean rooms, clean outdoor swimming pool, lovely spa, trendy restaurant with a great variety of food. Kind attitude of the receptionists to the guests, great service of the waiters. I sincerely appreciate the hospitality of the manager Bilgin who is solving problems and taking care of the hotel guests to help them the best professional way in each situation. After a month I will definitely visit the Emirtimes hotel again and meanwhile I will recommend it to my friends and family business partners. A great plus is that is near the airport Sabiha Gekhchen and 20 min drive from Via port Marina Tuzla.
