Not modern but very well maintained. Room was spacious and hotel itself was conveniently located by Osaka Castle and subway stations. Plenty of convenience stores and food options within walking distance. They do “eco-cleaning”, new towels and light cleaning everyday. However, does not include/come with any amenities other than the shampoo, body wash, conditioner and toothbrush. Not right in the hustle and bustle, ideal for those who don’t mind a short commute and want a quiet and restful stay. Loses a star for property, because if you plan to do laundry, there’s limited machines that you will need to plan around and not very strong output, takes a while to wash and dry. Overall, loved our stay and staff was helpful!

コンビニやスーパーが近くにあり、困ることはなかった。
ランドリーもレンジも配備されており、便利だった。
バスも綺麗で臭いもなかった。シャワーヘッドが大きめで、好き嫌い分かれるかも。
安い分、客質が少し低いのか、レンジは汚しっぱなし。
自販機横の製氷機で遊ぶ外国人を見かけた。その氷は手に取ってごみ箱に捨てていた。
共用部の廊下の音がよく聞こえてきて、夜は外国人の話し声でうるさい時間がある。大体23時前後。
一度だけタオルが補充されておらず、フロントに取りに行くことがあったが、真摯に対応していただけた。

駅から近く、コンビニや飲食店もたくさんある。
大阪城に行くのにはとてもいい立地。
だけど、部屋はとても暗く、壁紙もはがれている。入り口のドア付近がとても暗すぎる。
フロントの方はみなさんとても親切でした。

整體非常棒，飯店出去往右走不用一分鐘就是地鐵出口👍👍，離大阪城也大概五分鐘的距離
但希望飯店的側門可以放個斜坡讓行李箱好上下，
還有房間內可以再放個桌上型的鏡子就更好了

Pros:

It was great to stay with two boys, ages 7 and 9. Family room was enough to spead luggages, staffs were kind! We were comfy and had pleasant time. Go for nightviewing of Osaka castle was great. Just 5 min by walk from hotel. Great. Hope will visit again when we come to Osaka again.

スタッフの対応も良かったです。室内も綺麗で何も問題ありませんでした。
近くにもコンビニ、飲食店もあり、地下鉄も近くて、便利でした。
また利用したいと思います。

団体客が同じフロアにいたのか、早朝からのフロアでの話し声、音がうるさすぎた。（日本人）
早朝5:45〜6:50くらい。
6:18注意してもらおうとフロントへ電話したが誰もてまない。
結局起きてドアを開けて注意した。
楽しい旅行が台無しになった。

今次主要去睇演唱會 去京瓷巨蛋都好近
附近都多野食
酒店感覺比較舊（係用鎖匙開門）
不過價錢算平 可接受

非常に便利な場所にあり地下鉄出口からも近くてわかりやすい。チェックイン前もチェックアウト後も、荷物預かりをお願いできるので本当に助かりました。
部屋掃除を断っても、替えのタオルを
