Fantastic trip
Pros:

Owner needs time to upgrade the place. It's a house. A nice cheap place to stay. Super wifi speed. 1000mbps.

We payed RM183 but it was not worth it becuz we got to stay in a small wooden room only. But it was comfortable and clean.

Kind Owner but Difficult to Find
Pros:

When you stay at Awanastay, you are truly staying with a Malaysian family. The owner and his wife are very friendly, and if they aren't busy, they'll offer a good price to show you the sights. We stayed in the wooden outbuilding next to the home, and because of the gaps in the boards and the open air bathroom, there were a lot of mosquitoes. I would recommend staying in the house instead.

Be aware that this home is VERY difficult to find. Our taxi driver was looking for it for a long time, even after speaking to the owner on the phone 3 times. Definitely have the phone number handy, and possibly a print out on google maps of the location, otherwise it might take you a very long time to get there.
