Khum Laanta Resort

Had 4 nights here and really enjoyed it. Close to a lovely beach with great beaches bars. We had a superior room which was a decent size. The shower room was pretty basic. Breakfast was fine considering the price we paid and the hotel grounds were well maintained. The pool was great. The only thing lacking was coffee and tea making facilities and a safe.

Accueil et service simplement nuls les chambres sont dans un très mauvais état. Je ne comprends pas comment ce "resort" peut être référé sur hotel.com

Passar både barnfamiljer och backpackers nära till allt och bra service. Normal standard.

We had a beautiful stay, nice,big, clean room ...best upkept great swimming pool with jacucci & waterfall and a very good buffet breakfast.
Close to many restaurants and stores in a livable not too crowded area with sandy beaches as well as rocky parts for snorkeling...nice beach walk at sunset.
Happy to have discovered this beautiful island after many visits to Thailand!
For sure we will be back!

Worst hotel ever. Despite the fact that it was fully paid we didn't stay there even 1 night and moved to another hotel (lost money for 6 nights). Dirty uncomfortable roome with fan, that doesn't effect, lack of beach, unfriendly stuff. The biggest mistake in Thailand!

Bodde i en standardrum. Tyvärr väldigt nedgången med hål i taket, vattenskador och ganska smuttsigt. Utsidan var dock fin. Härligt poolområde och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Lite för mycket kryp och ödlor inomhus för min smak.

Booked the third teir room and it was modern and clean and right next to the pool. Had a great stay. Reasonably priced but saw the cheaper rooms and just don't think they are as nice as the slightly more expensive ones. The beach is so close and is beautiful and Really quiet! Pinky's practically next door did great food and the service was also lovely!

Mysigt hotell nära stranden. Dock ganska stenigt vid vattnet så inte ultimat för att bada. Mysiga barer vid stranden. Jättetrevlig personal och väldigt fina bungalows.

Une journèe à Koh Lanta très sympa belle plage vie nocturne très agréable.

Ett rent och fräscht hotell med bra personal. Bra och fin pool (kunde dock inte bada i den utan att bli jätteskrumplig om händerna).

Tydligen ingick frukost men det glömde dom säga till oss. Småmyror på rummet (som på typ alla andra ställen).

Det såldes ingen dricka av vare sig alkoholkaraktär eller vanlig läsk på området.

Neljä yötä. Vuokrattiin mopo ja tutustuttiin saareen. Kannattaa ajella koko saari.
Ranta tässä kohtaa välttävä. Roskaista!
Pohjois-osassa saarta vilkasta elämää.

Agréable séjour dans un joli bungalow. Le rapport qualité-prix est correct.
Les + : une chambre spacieuse, la climatisation, une jolie piscine, un accueil très agréable, à quelques pas de la plage
Les - : une isolation de la chambre pas géniale, une douche ouverte dans la salle de bain

Beim Check in wurde und mitgeteilt dass keine reservation vorliege, die Dame an der Rezeption zeigte mir die Namen der neuen Gäste auf einem iPad, unser Name war tatsächlich nicht dabei. Der Fehler liege wohl bei Hotels.com. Allerdings konnte ich dann meinen Namen auf einer handgeschriebenen Liste entdecken, die offenbar vom Hotel geführt wurde. Somit war klar dass der Fehler beim Hotel lag. Leider war unser Zimmer schon belegt, uns wurde ein kleineres Zimmer für 2 Nächte angeboten, bis wir dann in unser Zimmer umziehen konnten. Uns wurden dann beim Check out 1200 baht zurückbezahlt, allerdings bin ich nicht sicher ob dies dem Preisunterschied für die 2 Nächte entsprach - wohl nicht ganz. Egal, das Hotel ist ok, Fehler können passieren, der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Grosse Zimmer, Küche etwas schmuddelig, netter Pool zum abkühlen.

Good location, quite expensive for what it is. Pool is nice

We extended our stay, ped hire next door was cheap. Don't expect much from the breakfast, it's not great, not much selection and its out and flies have a frenzy, but we ate it everyday still.

Bra rum och område om man söker avkoppling och lugn o ro. Väl ljudisolerade rum, dock dålig dörr som var svår att låsa. Lite långt från saladan.

Nice little resort, nice clean and spacious rooms, easy access to the beach and a great little pool. The breakfast not so great, all open with lots of flies around the food, definitely puts you off.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were good except maybe the bathroom that needed to be clean (moisture on the hose)
the swimming pool was awesome and very clean.
there is not so many things around so you'll definitely need a motorbike that a shop rent 200 baht/day next door.
The hotel is quite relaxing and the staff really friendly.
The breakfast is not that nice so I'd rather go next door.

What a pleasant surprise the Khum Laanta hotel was! Very friendly staff, the room was very new (K-Building) and modern, and a swimming pool right outside the door. The entire property is very well kept up, and the hotel staff is very helpful. they do laundry service and rent motorbikes too.
It's a short 3 minute walk to the very nice Khong Klong beach. You can't get a better hotel so close to the beach.

The stay was great n awsome...but only there is some minor muscommunication on the rooms selection...
