Lanta Memory Resort

The staff was not friendly and made us feel uncomfortable. Despite sending an email requesting the nice comfortable room we wanted, we did not receive it and were told we could cancel instead. They claimed all rooms were the same, which is not true.

They initially offered us a different bigger room, wanting extra money for it, even though we had already communicated our preferences. We were given a room with a defective air conditioning system and were made to feel as if cancellation was our only option, although we did not want to deal with booking another hotel.

Eventually, we were given the good room with a new air conditioner, but after two days, we had to move again despite the room being available with functunal aircon.The staff seemed clueless about how to handle guests. Its mit easy to Checkout or check in again.they could so ist Like every hight price Hotel or Hostel Upgrade ans let you stay there, but no they let the room free of guest and Change you to the Other room, and your comfort isnt value for Them.
Sadly We couldnt find anything els to Move.

The bed sheets were clean, but the room itself was very basic and overpriced for what it offered. The reception area felt more like a makeshift shelter with no pleasant atmosphere. The staff was somewhat not friendly.

The balcony was not impressive. We had a better, nicer, and cheaper accommodation elsewhere in lanta before, and we were disappointed with Lanta Memory. The rooms are not luxurious as they named it; they are very basic, and there wasn’t even a power outlet next to the bed. The refrigerator was so frosted over that we couldn't use it.
The bathroom was poorly designed, everything was wet after showering.and shower was Not stable as Well.

The rooms were noisy, and you could hear the street and people outside. The path to the beach was not well maintained, and we even encountered a large monitor lizard while walking.

Geen zwembad maar de zee is 3 minuten lopen.

La struttura è piccola e in generale poco curata. L'ingresso è a ridosso della strada e non c'è una vera e propria reception ma una tettoia con uno sgabuzzino sotto, un po triste appena si arriva!
Non tutti i bungalow sono stati rinnovati internamente, quindi alcuni sono piuttosto vecchi con mobilio malandato, il bagno è per così dire essenziale...
Il prezzo pagato, anche se in alta stagione per loro, è veramente sproporzionato, c'è di meglio soprattutto lungo la spiaggia.
Ci siamo basati sui giudizi letti su Booking e devo dire sfuorvianti, non è una struttura da "eccellente ".
