I LOVE this Hotel! It really is the best kept secret in Phuket. Wonderful staff, beautiful property, exquisite pool! It was my second time there. Will be repeating in the near future.

Its well located

I’ve stayed here many times now. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good with good air con and shower. Comfy beds and bed linen. Lovely garden and pool to relax in. The only down side is late music from Bangla till 4.30 am but that’s Bangla.

Easily the best kept secret in downtown Phuket! Has a great staff and four wonderful cats roaming around! Also a quick 5 minute walk to Bangla Road and all the surrounding nightlife. Hotel has a great breakfast with a western menu. I definitely will be rebooking for my next visit.

Es muy cómoda, está en el medio de todo pero por como esta ubicada el ruido de noche no molesta. Es bien limpia. El aire acondicionado trabajó muy bien.

The hotel was too close to Bangla street and we heard the music al night long. We had to leave the hotel at 5 Am and the music had just stopped and when I walked out I saw a condom wrapper near the reception entrance.

2.大麻が入り口(敷地内？)有り、多分大麻を喫煙、夜中に数人がプールで大騒ぎ

Das Hotel ist im grossen und ganzen ok. Unser Zimmer war schon ein wenig abgenutzt. Das Restaurant Tusk macht einen abgehobenen Eindruck. Kleine, teure Auswahl an Hauptmenus. Gemächlicher Service. Jedes kleinste Extra muss separat bezahlt werden. Zum Beispiel Mayonnaise anstelle von Ketchup bei einem Menu das über 4'000 Baht gekostet hat.

The staff are friendly and always there to help. Everything from borrowing the printer to getting a good scotch

This place for the amount of money you pay is perfect. Very close to the main walking road and heaps of restaurants. Only issue is the vibration from the base from the clubs on walking street. Besides that was a great vibe they can’t really help the noise just bring headphones if you’re a light sleeper

Overall is very good. Hotel situated in a busy Street, but still enjoy the quiet environment inside hotel. Services staff are kindly and politeness, breakfast is good. If you want ti try another foods, so many food stalls around the hotel. Especially seafood stalls, ut just beside patong walking Street, only few minutes go there.

Everything was enjoyable property was neat and clean also enjoyed the swimming pool area staff was incredibly polite would definitely recommended or would come back to stay another time thanks
