Close to shops, restaurants, helpful staff, good breakfast and nice garden, easy to get local bus to everywhere. We loved our stay in Ischia.

l'hotel ha migliorato tantissimo la struttura e i servizi, rispetto alla mia ultima visita di qualche anno fa. La posizione centralissima e la cordialità del personale sono sicuramente il punto di forza. Ottima anche la colazione con dolci fatti in casa.

Great location. Clean room. No working AC. Room is close to 90 degrees and incredibly unsafe for dehydration. Basically ruined trip to ischia because we’re too sick to do anything after trying to sleep in the room

L'hotel non è un gran che ma la cosa più negativa è il direttore!!! Lo si capisce sin dall'accoglienza, se ne ha conferma durante per poi arrivare al finale con dell'incredibile !!!

Posizione comodissima a tutti i servizi, capolinea degli autobus e locali/ristoranti. Struttura un po' vecchiotta ma funzionale e pulita. Migliorabile un po' la colazione. Ristorante invece molto buono. Nel complesso giudizio positivo, lo consiglierei.

This hotel is not nice at all. The toilet is so close to the bathtub you can't sit on it. The rooms are tiny. The beds are uncomfortable. The staff is super rude. I would never stay here again

I keep coming back to the Conte. Clean and central. Nice staff. Good breakfast (including fresh fruit, yogurt, in-house baked goods) (although, this being Italy, it’s like a dessert buffet). Good WiFi. A short walk to the port. Not expensive; a real value (I come off-season in fall). Usually they upgrade me to a balcony room when I ask politely. The hotel is not fancy-dancy, and the furniture is a bit scruffy, but I always feel very comfortable here. Ischia is beautiful; really lovely. It’s one of my favorite places in Italy. Or anywhere, for that matter.

This is a central location hotel which is only 10 minutes walk to the ferries. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee, pastries for breakfast. Room was clean and the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. There is a garden outside.

Отель расположен на оживлённой улице, недалёко от порта. Есть магазин напротив, который работает с перерывом на обед где-то с 13 до 17 часов и не работает в воскресение. Нормальная практика для юга Италии, несмотря на курортное людное место. Спали плохо, потому что шум с улицы до 1-2 ночи, закрытые окна не помогают, слышимость как будто разговаривают около вашего окна. Уборка начинается в 7 утра и уборщица гремит по коридору. Сложно было выспаться. Номер был на 2 этаже, в конце коридора. Кондиционер бесплатно, работает хорошо. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день, что очень радует. Персонал на ресепшн приветливый, неразговорчивый. Завтрак однообразный каждый день. Хлебцы, выпечка, круассаны, джемы, хлопья, масло, соки, чай, кофе. Очень испортило впечатление происшествие в последний день перед выездом. Нам сообщили, что нужно оплатить city tax, хотя в условиях написано, что при проживании 7 ночей и более налог не взымается. Как оказалось, НЕ ВКЛЮЧАЯ 7 ночей, а 8 и более ночей. Очень огорчил этот факт дезинформации с самого начала. Когда мы заселялись, нам сказали, что налог мы не платим. При выезде был другой человек на ресепшн. Нужно как-то поправить описание этой информации на сайте, чтобы не вводить гостей в заблуждение и не портить все в последний день. Мы ещё и на паром опаздывали, не было времени разбираться. Очень неприятные последние впечатления. Пляж рядом в 5 минутах, грязная вода была 1 раз за неделю. 2 лежака+зонт стоят 15 евро. Есть бесплатный пляж.

I chose this economical hotel for it's location - close to port for early departure and, for the price, I was pleasantly surprised. The girl who checked me in was very helpful throughout my stay. They had noted my request and upgraded me to a double overlooking garden - thanked them as really pleased. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Chambermaid was excellent - clean linen every day. Coffee good but breakfast mostly very sweet - did offer some fruit and yoghurt but sadly in tubs not fresh - seemed to cater mostly for Italian groups - acceptable to them so fair enough. Main thing I missed was fridge/cold box as could buy water but nowhere to keep it cool in hot temp/high humidity. At check-out I was very surprised to be charged the published tourist tax of Euro 7 as confirmed on my Expedia documents - I paid Euro 14 and was told that their summer is now from April to end of |October! I've stayed in Ischia before and many times in Italy and am fully aware than transport and beach charges increase in early June but this was new to me and I think it was wrong

Gute,zentrale Lage, etwas renovierungsbedürftig - modernere Möbel, TV sollte auch für Deutsche möglich sein - Standard -.
Frühstück sehr, sehr ungesund. Nur italienischer Standard. Süße Teile, süse Teile und nochmals süsse Teile. Etwas weniger süss, dafür einige Teile Käse, Tomaten, Paprika, oder auch einheimische Wurst, Rührei oder gekochtes Ei. Dann wäre der Standard leicht erhöht und die Bewertung mit gut. Empfang o.k. , sehr kompetent, jedoch weitere Mitarbeiter mit gleichem Standard fehlen.
