Pros:

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und bekam auf Nachfrage ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon, da im Haus Sanierungsmaßnahmen stattfinden. Zuvor wurde mir stattdessen ein Zimmer in der Villa Otto angeboten. Die Maßnahme hat meinen Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt, da ich tagsüber unterwegs war. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung hat mir sehr gefallen. Das dazugebuchte Frühstück in Buffetform war reichhaltig und lecker. Das Ambiente des Raumes im U-Geschoß hat mir sehr gefallen und der Kaffee aus den Sammeltassen besonders geschmeckt! Die Lage des Hotels hat mir zugesagt - in einer Seitenstraße, direkt neben einem klasse italienischem Restaurant sowie kurzem Weg ins Zentrum und Kurpark. Für mich ein schöner Aufenthalt, ich komme gerne wieder!

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist nicht angemessen, eher eine Anregung - ich bin mit Fahrrad angereist und hatte keine Möglichkeit es "gut" und sicher abzustellen, somit wäre ein Fahrradständer prima. Auch andere Hotelgäste hatten Räder dabei oder ausgeliehen und die Situation war dann nicht so toll. In einem zuvor geführten Telefonat wurde mir jedoch angeboten, mein Fahrrad in der Tiefgarage des Hotels Lippischer Hof unterbringen zu können!

Good value for money in a convenient location
Pros:

Last minute availability at a good price. Staff helpful and friendly once contacted by phone (no staff there at check-in). Self-serve bar very convenient.

Cons:

Parking wasn’t great, the rattling fan in the bathroom was a bit of a nuisance.

Alles da was man braucht,auch für unseren Hund.Ein leckeres Frühstück.Schön wäre es,wenn bei der Buchungsvestätigung erklärt wäre wie der digitale Check in funktioniert.
