Value for money
Pros:

Central location. Clean and neat rooms with all modern amenities. Room service was good. Buffet breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

Many of the staff members at the reception couldn’t converse in English. They spoke Hindi.

Reliable and comfortable hotel in a very nice position.
Pros:

Hotel interior design Is nice.
Location is nice
Room Is very comfortable, especially the bed
Air Con was working very well.

Cons:

External appearance of the building is bad: It does not seem adequate to international hotel standard.
Style of interior is very nice but some pieces of furniture look old or not properly mantained.
Staff efficient and professional but not so welcoming neither smiling.
No paper seal wrapped on toilet after cleaning.
