Overall an excellent stay and we are very well satisfied.
Pros:

Very good staff, always got the positive response.
Front desk staff, manager and other supporting staff were responded well and provided clear communication.
Room service was good
Restaurent food and staff was very good.
This is nice place to stay.

Cons:

I could not find any separate conference room etc.
The lift should have key lock system.

Had a wonderful stay at Fortune Park JPS Grand Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. All the staff were courteous and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Vivek Sharma for the delicious food and Ms. Rajna for her exceptional service—they truly won our hearts. Looking forward to a special revisit. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Central location. Clean and neat rooms with all modern amenities. Room service was good. Buffet breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

Many of the staff members at the reception couldn’t converse in English. They spoke Hindi.
