Pros:

I appreciated the room service but I would have appreciate it if we were made aware of this ahead of time, I feel as though my privacy was violated

Cons:

When I arrived at the accommodation, I was told I haven't made the final payment after I shared POP and when they realized I made the final payment, the hostess did not even apologize for the error. The pool was not clean and we weren't able to utilize it in the scorching heat.

The water was cold, there spider webs it’s like an old place
Worse i left in the morning with nowhere to leave my room key because no one was answering n no one at the reception in the morning
