Great short stay at well located hotel
Pros:

Location and ability to walk to all places of interest. Nearby cafes and shops. Helpful and capable staff. Clean comfortable and well decorated single room with lots of storage space and generously sized bathroom.

Cons:

Capsule coffee maker in room rather than Nescafé instant coffee and some small snacks.

Great staff and location, but comfort, cleanliness, and maintenance need improvement.
Pros:

The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff at reception were excellent. They were attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. The location is also a strong point, very convenient for getting around Madrid.

Cons:

The first room we were given had a fully transparent bathroom door, which offered no privacy and was not comfortable at all. After requesting a change, we were moved to a much smaller room that felt very cramped. The bathroom in the second room was better, but the door did not have a lock. Cleanliness was an issue, as both rooms were noticeably dusty. We also experienced problems with the air conditioning, as it fluctuated constantly and did not cool properly. Although staff came to check it, the issue was not handled efficiently, and the technician was rude. Breakfast was underwhelming, with limited variety.

La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación es muy amplia. Está muy limpio y la ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

170€ por una noche me parece excesivo. Creo que, a nivel general, estamos normalizando unos precios que no son normales.

The location is fantastic. Close to everything. The hotel is renovated and really up to date. They have a bar/ restaurant downstairs which was great. The breakfast was really convenient and had many options. The room was clean. The showers were perfect,. Water temperature and pressure were spot on. The bed and pillows were comfy. I have only great things to say about this property. Warm and helpful staff. It’s really worth the money.

Cons:

I loved my stay here and would go back. I would recommend to others. It was very clean and the bathroom was well stocked with shampoo/ conditioners; toothbrushes, cream, soap, hair dryers, slippers, robe. It felt really lux!!!

A good hotel right in the city center
Pros:

Great location - right in the city center. You can walk to all the main sights and museums.
The bathroom is excellent, spacious and fully equipped.
The bed is comfortable.
The breakfast is good. Maybe it could have more vegetables - there were only cherry tomatoes, but there was a lot of fruit.
The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

If you stay in a single room, keep in mind that the window faces an inner courtyard.
For me it was not a big problem, as I only came to the room to sleep, but I really missed having fresh air.
There is a good air conditioner with different settings, but if you don’t like AC (like me), be aware that the room can feel quite stuffy without it.
The windows can be opened, but it doesn’t really help, because there is no fresh air in the inner courtyard.
