Poor management

The hotel has spacious rooms and decent architecture, but the management is a disaster. From the moment you walk in, you’re struck by the worn-out furniture in the lobby and the broken chairs at the reception. The bathroom was dirty, with mold on the tiles. The sheets and pillows were so old, faded, and worn that I couldn’t even sleep under them — I laid my jacket on top of the bed and slept on it. The breakfast was terrible, and the staff spent their time chatting and laughing at a table, completely ignoring the guests. No one spoke English. The elevator was out of service, and I had to carry my luggage up six floors.
This hotel might have potential, but in its current state, it doesn’t even deserve one star. It urgently needs serious, competent management.

I wish there was an option for zero star.
I hardly ever write reviews for businesses but it’s 1:30 am and I feel obliged to write this to save others from this scam and encourage irresponsible management of the hotel to respect people especially disabled seniors and be responsible for the claims they make.
After a long flight from Toronto to visit my ailing mother who also travelled from Iran, we were told by the hotel agent that the elevators were not functioning. The reason that I selected this hotel was their claim that they have elevators and accessibility everywhere even for reception which was completely false.They didn’t even bother letting us know as soon as they learned about elevators issue.When we asked about our options they offered a room in the 3rd floor which was a real humiliation as my mother had trouble getting even into the reception area given the stairs.
They didn’t apologize for what they did to us. We had to desparately look into other options at 11:30 pm ,all exhausted and deeply disappointed.
They said we have to come back tomorrow to discuss the refund, I can’t stomach going to that area again.
They didn’t care that we had paid to taxi to get to the hotel and didn’t care about difficult situation they posed on us. I am sorry to see how some businesses don’t care about the inconvenience they cause by their ignorant and irresponsible acts.
Very disappointing!

Terrible Service .
Staff knows only turkish . Staff are afghans , Iranian and other.
Terrible rooms , everything overused and outdated.
Shower tub leaking and wash basin too.
You need to buy a pass-pass or s floor mop when you check in .
Cleanliness zero
Dirty towels with stains and holes.
Bed Linen with holes snd yellow stains !
Breakfast poor , the cheapest variety they can offer. Beyaz peynir ( the same salty white cheese over 4 serving plates) , limited choice and the same food everyday.
I asked the waiter if he fixed the leaking eater problem in my room, and he replied to me in Turkish. He made fun of me in front of other guests. I could not take the insult. The manager , that looks like a guest rather than a manager , no dress code , instead of investigating the incident , had a very bad attitude, and asked who are you ??? & kicked me out of the hotel in front of all the other guests and asked me to pack my bags and leave.
Advice : This property is not safe to stay at;
No safety deposit boxes , and the balcony doors do not close and are easily accessible from the neihbouring rooms.
Do not stay unless you do not have any other option.

The location is good. 1 min to bus station and 10 min to metro station!your destination to metro station is full of stores & turkish restaurants. You can get to cevahir shopping mall in 10 mins.
Staff were really polite especially Obeydollah was really helpful and kind.They know turkish & English & persian.
We had booked a triple bed room but the gave us a family room with 4 beds. The room was big enough and clean.
The breakfast wasn’t bad.
I was looking for a hotel which isn’t near to school or club and quiet .
If you want to have an experience of a trip in a native place I highly recommend here

First impressions were not great the reception communicated with me via Google translate. The room given was a small tight room , barely any room to walk or pray in. There was a fridge with water cartons. I wasn't expecting a bath as it did mention bath and shower also a terrace which the room didn't have nor any toiletries. Bed covers were not clean and had dried sauce on it. The thing I did enjoy was it was close to shops and also the WiFi had one password for 3 different wife names . Overall out of 5 I'd give it a 2

The worst place anyone could ever go to !!
The manager is the receptionist and the reservation agent all at the same time
Checking people from the camera , they were talking about me in Turkish thinking that I didn’t understand
The stuff at the hotel were so rude and really impolite, the hotel smelled weird and also they can take you out of your room in case they get a new customer
It was a very scary experience I went there for business and I basically booked it because of its location which ended up also not so promising
The hotel looks absolutely nothing like pictures it’s a smelly small place with disrespectful people working in it who can do anything for extra euros
Be careful!!!

Location far from everywhere ، Very abusive staff Especially reception. A very bad memory . very busy street . The bathtub was leaking and the whole floor was filled with water. The hair dryer was broken

I spent three nights here from the 23rd to the 26th of September 2021.
1) The hotel room is nothing like the photos. There was a crack in my window, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom was tiny
2) The room was filthy and there was hair in the shower, an empty bag of chips on the floor and a dead cockroach when I checked in. I should have run out at that point. The phone in the room doesn't work and there is no room service. Nothing that points to a 4 star hotel (no water in the fridge, no iron, absolutely nothing)
3) I had one cockroach in my room on the first night that I killed on my own. The second night nothing and on the third night, I had two large cockroaches. When I called the front desk from my mobile phone, they came up to the room and told me that cockroaches are afraid of humans. HOW IS THAT A NORMAL RESPONSE? They then sent someone to spray something in the corners of the room. This made more cockroaches come out. When I called them again, they sent a colleague and this employee made sexual advances on me and used a translation app to tell me that he wanted to stay in the room with me that night and tried to kiss me and touch me. I kicked him out of the room, locked the door and waited for the sun to come up without sleeping because I was so afraid that he would come back. When I went to ask for the manager the next day, they told me that he doesn't come on a Sunday. And when I told them about what happened, Zaheer at the front desk (who is a gentleman) told me to follow him in to a room to talk (I thought that the manager was there) but NO, my harasser was in the room and I left shivering. I was never contacted by the hotel.

Hotellage ist nicht gut sehr steile Straßen im zimmer alle einrichtungen Regalen kaputt Bad Whirlpool usw. schimmel und Zigaretten brennungen .Mir hats nicht gefallen für den Preis hätte was besseres erwartet. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Well I don't know where to begin, but, this was the absolute worst room I have seen anywhere. The bed was hard, the room was dirty, I stayed up all night freaked out! The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes.

Super freundliches Personal. Der Rest niemals 4 Sterne eher 1 Stern. Nicht sauber alles alt und verlebt.

Elsker at personalet alltid er til hjelp, og veldig rent noe som betyr mye for meg! Anbefales på det sterkeste. Veldig fint kjøpesenter som ikke ligger langt unna, ellers sentralt område.

very bad, too crowded location, too loudly neighbors, very local place, no near facilities of transportation , the hotel restaurant for breakfast only and low quality food, the staff not helpful, don’t trying it
