Pros:

The decoration of the breakfast area

Cons:

Unacceptable hygiene, broken AC, and poor service – do not stay here!

Our experience was terrible, and I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Hygiene & Linens: The cleanliness was very poor. There were several dark spots on the bed covers, and both the towels and the quilt had a strong damp smell, as if they had been left wet for a long time.

Room Comfort & AC: The air conditioning did not work properly, and the internet was awful. The room also had mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. In addition, both the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Amenities & Service: We had to ask the staff multiple times for basic necessities like shampoo and towels. The receptionist was absent most of the time, and we often had to wait a long time for him to return. On top of that, the staff were not friendly or welcoming at all, which made the overall experience even worse.

Breakfast: The quality and variety of the breakfast were extremely poor.

Overall: It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay. The property failed to provide basic facilities, proper hygiene, comfort, and customer care. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Hotel à découvrir à Florence.
Pros:

Agréable séjour à Florence, hôtel bien situé, deco soigné , chambre lumineuse et propre, literie confortable. Personnel agréable ,et disponible.
Petit déjeuner varié. Bon rapport qualité .
Merci à tout le personnel .

Cons:

Le parking un peu excessif !!C est le seul point négatif de notre séjour.

Beş kişilik grupla gittik. 2 oda rezervasyonu yaptık. 1 adet 2 kişilik 1 adet 3 kişilik oda. 2 kişilik odada klima su akıttı odayı su bastı. Çözüme 1 gün sonra kavuşturdular. Aynı odada buzdolabı da su akıttı. Zemin hep ıslaktı. Üç kişilik odada sıcak su problemi oldu beş saat sonra çözülebildi. Üç kişilik odada tek kişi yatağı hiç rahat değildi. Gardroptan kirli eşya çıktı. Dört günlük konaklamada hiç çarşaf değişmedi. Tesis temizlik konusunda çok geri. Havlular lekeli. Hijyen hiç yok. Kahvaltı için ürün çeşidi az. Tabak ve bardaklar iyi temizlenmemiş.

A não repetir!
Cons:

Staff stressado constantemente e apenas 1 colaborador por posto de trabalho. Limpeza péssimo a nivel de canalização toda entupida e mau cheiro em determinadas partes do hotel, nomeadamente no elevador. O colaborador do pequeno almoço, apesar do esforço para servir bem, é inevitável que faça um mau serviço, dado que tem que confeccionar os produtos, limpar mesas e cozinha e higienizar o espaço, fazer todas as bebidas quentes para os hóspedes e colocar os produtosno buffet.....enfim ! Surreal, quando a charcutaria chegou à mini bancada, já estávamos de saída!

Mi è piaciuto tutto, avevo scelto con attenzione ma ogni pregio vantato si è dimostrato sopra le aspettative...l'hotel è come lo vedete nelle foto, delizioso, ristrutturato che sembra ieri, pulitissimo...staff super cordiale e professionale

Cons:

Nulla, ho solo messo per correttezza una stella in meno alla posizione perché non è un centro ma lo sapevo benissimo, perché con la macchina avrei avuto il problema della Ztl.
La Ztl e le attrazioni del centro storico si raggiungono facilmente con una breve camminata.
non capisco le recensioni negative anche perché lo staff dà tutta l'idea di essere disponibile a risolvere immediatamente qualsiasi problema.
