Stanza accogliente, bagno con "Mega" doccia, personale gentilissimo e subito pronto a risolvere richieste e problemi.
Arredamento della struttura molto originale

Cons:

Il parcheggio un po' caro, però è livellato ai prezzi del comune (che secondo me sono alti, 2€ l'ora)

Curățenia, a fost cald, mic dejun ok, personalul foarte amabil.

A fost ok, nu am lucruri care să nu ne fi plăcut. Poate doar o sugestie: ne-ar fi prins bine o oglindă și în camera, pt cazurile în care sunt 2 femei, ajuta asta:) dar doar o sugestie, totul a fost foarte ok!

Pros:

Staff was really nice and the facilities clean and tidy. Nice breakfast with choice for different types of hot drinks. There could be other type of bread instead of sandwich bread/sweet croissant but this seemed to be usual for similar hotels in Florence. There were various cakes and fruits to choose from. The breakfast room & dinning/living room area were very pleasant.
WC floor was warm and nice. Shower water pressure good too.
Located in a pleasant and quite area, 20-30min walking distance from main attractions in historical center and also easy access by public transport.

Cons:

The room was cold. It might be a good sign for hot summer days but for February not the best. We needed to leave the air conditioner on quite often, unfortunately, even during one full night - the air con was a bit noisy though. Maybe some kind of rugs or carpet over the floor next to the bed would be good to make it a bit more comfortable as the room floor is very cold. Better shower gel and shampoo would also be good. There are cheap brands that feel nicer than the one available in the hotel. One hair drier was not working. Only a weak hair drier on the bathroom wall.

Quando Tornerò a Firenze, tornerò qui.
Pros:

La posizione è abbastanza vicina alla stazione ma anche abbastanza defilata, inaugurazione è stata molto buona in un ambiente caldo e confortevole, Ferdinand è stato eccezionale e gentilissimo. È stato un weekend romantico e il negozio era al suo posto anche i lampadari della stanza hanno fatto la loro parte.

Cons:

I materassi singoli del letto matrimoniale si separavano un pò mentre ci si "girava😉" nel letto
