Amazing I don’t usually put reviews but this was outstanding, we stayed in one of the suites with the hot tub, the staff were so friendly and worked very hard, food was perfect , the place is beautiful, we will definitely becoming again,

Gorgeous location. Clean, modern yet cosy.
Firstly, every member of staff was friendly, attentive, immaculately presented, and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The location of the hall is stunning, peaceful, and the drive up to it along the moss-laden woodland driveway evokes images of Victorian horse-drawn carriages leading the way.
Our room was well-appointed with an amazing view of the distant mountains and local grounds. The super king bed has to be one of the comfiest we have ever slept in, and the bed linen was spotlessly perfect in every way. The babbling stream running nearby could be heard through the still night via a partially open window, so relaxing.
The bathroom was superb, with a large walk-in double rain shower, which provided piping hot water. The body wash, shampoo, and hand wash were of good quality and had very pleasant aromas. There were ample towels provided, too.
Dinner was delicious and excellent in every aspect, with a good selection to suit all tastes. The service was second to none, with genuine interaction from the waiting staff.
A particular mention for Liam, who, along with the chef, created an impressive breakfast experience.
Overall, our stay was faultless from the first beaming smile at reception to the very reluctant check-out.

Definitely NOT a dislike, but more of a suggestion or two.
It would have been nice to have decaf options amongst the complimentary tea and coffee in the room. We carry our own to cover this issue, though, as it is a common occurrence in most hotels.
A plug socket with a built-in USB charging port, or one on the extension lead at the bedside, would have been useful, although not critical.
The spa lodge was the perfect place to come back to after climbing snowdon. The hot tub was amazing, the bathroom and overall layout of the lodge was perfect. It’s perfectly secluded and privacy is spot on. Waking up in the morning to the sun coming through the window and the birds chirping was unreal. What you get for the price is good and definitely worth the money
I had such a brilliant stay here and honestly couldn’t fault a thing.
The food was absolutely amazing – fresh, well presented and genuinely delicious. The service from the bar staff was excellent throughout, but I have to give a special mention to Neil, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. He really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after.
Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was perfect – comfortable, well maintained and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay.

Excellent helpful staff and location was stunning. Highly organized and efficient running of the place.
Room was let down by a poor hospitality tray with milk sticks that are difficult to open and spray everywhere and poor selection of drink choices with very basic biscuits. Would suggest the side lamps with legs on the bedside tables are changed, makes it difficult to use the side tables when in bed
