Pros:

We spent one night at the hotel and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices. A special thank you to Toni at the reception, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.

Pros:

We came to this hotel pretty last moment as the hotel before was canceled last moment.
But then atmosphere cheered us really up the first moment we stepped in there and was really nice

the AC did not work in a room. The overnight staff said the technician would come in the morning but the temperature outside was 80F + and the room was unbearable. After calling a second time, the overnight staff at first said he could not give another room. Then we called again and they finally gave another room with the hotel staff coming and checking and seeing the room was indeed hot. They transferred us to another room at 12:30am with the second room having better AC, however it was still quite warm. Then at 4:30 there was some type of alarm and it woke us up again. It was not a good experience. When we told them in the morning they just said sorry and I asked for 30 minutes for late checkout. This was not the experience I expected from a 4 star hotel and I would like a refund

Liegt ein wenig abseits vom Touristischen Standort. Was aber sehr angenehm ist.
Das Frühstück- und Abendessen als Büfett waren sehr gut.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

Very big hotel with lots of hills to climb and away from beach and town but decent restaurant
Pros:

Food (including dinner) was excellent and room was spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfy and bathroom was modern.

Cons:

Steep walk up steps from the car park with no signs that there in an unloading bay at the hotel entrance. Also we stayed in block B which is another pull up a hill to drag your suitcase (no porter offered). It is a long way from the beach and although we could have used a shuttle, who can be bothered with that? It is also a long way from all the restaurants in town so you really won't want to be bothered - but the inhouse restaurant was very good. Pretty huge hotel a distance out of town.
