Cons:

The staff in counter don't understand any English, and it doesn't bother us much. What bothers us most is that she was continuously talking with someone else on the phone when we were checking-in.

The room we got looks totally different from the picture we booked. It wasn't even on the website. We let the staff know what she got wrong right away but she rejected us without any explanation.
She can use google translate, any gesture, or trying to let us know she is sorry or she cares, but she didn't. Therefore, when we found out
there 's no hot water during the shower, all I wanted to do is get a quick shower and didn't let her know it.

It's such a pity that the decorations and plants in the villa architecture were so lovely. What we care most during our trip is the enthusiasm of people.

For this price, i expect to have the usual F&B sachet but no other things apart from mineral water.
Pros:

It's clean and with simple furnishing. the room has been aired well and dont have any musky smell.

Cons:

the piping is noisy every time someone flushes or use the toilet, the sound proof is not so good and can hear noises from outside.

budget stay. nice surroundings. rustic.
Pros:

location is about 45mins away from the airport. however it was easy to get transport via grab.
if you are hungry, you can simply order from grab food.
check in was easy though the helper could only speak malay. still go through that and get to my room.
all fuss free.

Cons:

the room i was in was a little musky and i had bites. probably from dust mites.
overall it serves its purpose as a place to rest and shower.

sidenote: u need to bring your own toothbrush.
