It's a great hotel. Very clean. Huge rooms. A bit far from the hottest venues and from the good restaurants. BUT the whole site is just great and Xalapa's taxi system is impeccable and very very low cost. The pool is exceptional (fresh water, without chlore). A little negative : where I had my room there was lots of unwanted noise as early as 6:00 AM, such as the huge ice machines, maintenance, etc. But overall, I would return there without hesitation.

El deterioro en que se encuentran las instalaciones, y el mobiliario las cortinas sucias, las alfombras viejiiisimas,todo viejo sin mantenimiento, el elevador sin sensores

Era muy segura el área de estacionamiento, muy limpio, el personal muy amable, el restaurante estupendo igual la alberca, el bar. La relación calidad-precio excelente. Muy recomendable.

La reservación no estaba completa, uno de los cuartos tuvimos que esperar a que estuviera limpio, el asiento del sanitario estaba roto aunque lo cambiaron rapidamente, el aire acondicionado no servia cuaro3129 y desactivaron todas las llaves de los cuartos el domingo, asi mismo se tenia que ver la clave del internet seguido

Es muy grande con áreas verdes y alberca. Puede ser muy tranquilo y familiar pero si toca conversión el personal no es suficiente. Hay áreas cerradas porque es un hotel viejo y necesita remodelaciones.
La recepción es muy impersonal y poco servicial. Pero si buscas un lugar donde no te molesten, con mucho estacionamiento, naturaleza y tranquilidad, este es el lugar!

Muy mal! Regresé a las 11 de la mañana a mi habitación y ya la habían arreglado y quitado la luz , ya q había bajado mis maletas ! Pésimo eso si aun no era hora de entregar
