The location and dirty French was great.

One of the room keys never worked, the slow and packed elevators.

Pros:

The location is great, we realised that the longer we stayed. Staff are very helpful also.

Cons:

There is no space for luggage or closet space so we had to live out of our suitcases, not the end of the world but it could be better if I had to pick something.

Super happy, will definitely come back again.
Pros:

The room was spacious and well lit with openable windows to let fresh air in. The hotel is also very well located. What makes your experience really worthwhile is the service - the staff was super friendly and hospitable and service was very personable.

Pros:

The loft room with tub was fantastic. The employees were super helpful and the range of places to hang out (outside of the room) was great.

Cons:

Make to sure to request a room on the opposite side of Ludlow street, and rooms that are higher up because of sound.

Beautiful location, vintage modern feel & exceptional customer service
Pros:

Staying at the Ludlow has been on my bucket list for the longest time, and it really didn’t disappoint! The location is great and very walkable to get to most of downtown Manhattan. The hotel itself is just wonderful with beautiful amenities and wonderful lounging common areas, the restaurant, a gym with a view! We told the staff that it was our 10 year anniversary and they sent us a wonderful care package of bubbly and some treats - we couldn’t have been happier! Thanks so much!

Fun, trendy, comfortable place to stay while in NYC!
Pros:

Excellent and super trendy hotel in a fun location! The communal areas, such as the fireplace room, are great! The bathtub in our room was amazing!! Everything is very clean!

Cons:

The rooms are on the small side. Far from the Times Square area; must use ride share, taxi, or subway.

Very comfortable hotel in great location with clean facilities but slightly outdated.
Pros:

The room was great - we loved the terrace and the bed was very comfortable. The room was also very clean.

Cons:

The elevators were very, very slow. Since there are only two and we were on the 7th floor, by the time the elevators got to us they were too packed to even get on. We ended up taking the stairs down, but the hallways had room service and laundry/garbage. This is probably unavoidable since it is an older building and we left close to check-out time for the rest of the guests.
