Ludlow is a great, charming hotel but with all the modern amenities. It's a little quirky in terms of distribution of space, but that's what makes it cool.
the food (and drinks) at the bar are not great- specially for the price. room on the 4th floor was a bit noisy (but it is NY).
Loved the lobby, super cozy and nice that you don’t have to order something as a hotel guest. Loved the view from our room
A bit of of date and seemed like for what we paid, I expected a bit more. Ie super noisy heater going on and off, sink drain not able to drain properly, windows too thin so we could hear honking pretty loudly even though we were on the 9th floor.
Cosy, relaxed, gave me early check-in with no extra charge, very accommodating of any needs. Good coffee shops around. Safe. Very stylish and with a character
AC was very noisy in the room (old central heating system).
Very clean room & helpful & kind people on front desk. Great location and quality room service.
Generally good but (small thing) hair dryer in room seemed very dangerous- plug kept falling out of the wall into the sink. I asked for it to be replaced and it was not. Working hair dryer needed in winter. BIG thing was extremely aggressive and intimidating night watchman who had a massive go at me because I was falling asleep after midnight in a closed lobby area in which I was permitted to wait in as my flight which was delayed by 8 hours. Rude, aggressive, intimidating- raised voice and towering over me- repeating himself over and over, over zealous jobsworth happy intimidating a woman. I understand the rule but as a paying customer (we spent plenty in the hotel waiting area on food & refreshments this evening, quite apart from being a guest at the hotel) I really can’t understand being spoken to like that and has made me feel very keen to get home. Maybe that’s the idea.
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
Amazing! Everything was so clean, the location is unbeatable, the hotel is super stylish and cool, we’ll definitely stay here when we come back. Plus, it will now hold a special place in my heart since I got proposed to here! 🤍
Everything was fantastic.
Having been staying here for a couple of years I love the staff and location and the room,
I love the beds and the restaurant.
Everything
Nothing
Excellent location. Easy walking to the Village and subway.
Loved the rooms and decor. Quite small but well appointed.
Loved the bathrooms amenities.
Excellent downstairs bar with a great vibe
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful
There was nothing I did not like.
A slightly larger room and bathroom would have been the icing on the cake.
The room size was very generous for New York. We loved the bathroom and balcony, bed was very comfortable and staff where always friendly and helpful. It was a lovely stay.
Overall couldn't fault it, if i was to be picky one thing i would add is that our room was next door to an apartment style room. It seemed there was a large group who had a party, that doesn't bother us but i imagine it could be an issue for guests with children so might be worth double checking.
