Despite frigid temperatures, loved the hotel & location. Fantastic Italian restaurant opposite
Pros:

Excellent location. Easy walking to the Village and subway.
Loved the rooms and decor. Quite small but well appointed.
Loved the bathrooms amenities.
Excellent downstairs bar with a great vibe
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like.
A slightly larger room and bathroom would have been the icing on the cake.

It was a perfect stay, would stay again.
Pros:

The room size was very generous for New York. We loved the bathroom and balcony, bed was very comfortable and staff where always friendly and helpful. It was a lovely stay.

Cons:

Overall couldn't fault it, if i was to be picky one thing i would add is that our room was next door to an apartment style room. It seemed there was a large group who had a party, that doesn't bother us but i imagine it could be an issue for guests with children so might be worth double checking.

Nice lobby, warm and cozy, beds comfy. Staff were so friendly!

Cons:

Just need more tables in lobby to seperate small groups to bigger groups.

Pros:

Beautiful feeling and cozy rooms! Good location and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

- Bedding had holes and towels had a lot of hair, however staff was very friendly to get it changed
- furniture in lobby is worn

I liked the lighting and the bathroom.

The room was a bit small.

I loved the black notepads with white pencil.

Wish there were btter chocoalte treats in the mini bar, like cookies.

I love the front desk staff - Omar in particular.

Fine but wouldn’t come back
Pros:

I liked the location and the bathroom

Cons:

I asked for a terrace / room with a view and it felt no effort was made to facilitate that. Staff were generally unfriendly. I was stuck in a tiny room right by the elevator which was extremely noisy. The room had no coffee machine.

Lovely hotel in convenient area with food good amenities.
