Cons:

A lot of kids not respecting the rules in the pool, no one said nothing about it!

Also I’m allergy to dairy, and the people on the front desk instead of helping us with some options they gave us a big folder for us to figure out if we find something.

Pros:

Kelly Inn was a great place to stay. Close to town and the Park entrance. Room was clean and comfortable. They have a good free breakfast every morning. Will stay there again.

Pros:

We've stayed in some crummy places in West Yellowstone, the Kelly Inn was good though. Decent breakfast, good location, not run down, and some very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

Stay was good, not sure I would try it again!
Pros:

Everything was nice and clean, breakfast was good! Only thing that wasn’t really good was the heater in the room didn’t work very good! Took about 4 hours to warm the room up to the 70 degrees. Putting out a Luke warm heat! I would say it was low on Freon. We reported it but was told there was nothing that could be done till the next morning!

The heater in the room wasn’t working very good! Explained in the above question!

Chairs not comfortable and heavy. Door in bathroom scrapes the toilet seat.

Excellent stay. Five stars are not enough. Great value, Very clean, great location, excellent staff. Great breakfast.
