Easy access to the West entrance. Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Location is great. Rooms were clean and the welcome we received from V and Derek was above and beyond.

Cons:

In room coffee maker is terrible. Yuk! Breakfast was ok. Not great. Using real plates and silverware vs disposable might help.

Um hotel para curtir o clima de Yellowstone
Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável. Os quartos são amplos e limpos. Conforme solicitei, ficamos em um andar superior e fomos privilegiados com um simpático urso (de madeira) na janela do quarto. O café da manhã é bom (exceto por não ter frios todos os dias). A localização é ótima, próximo ao centro e na entrada do parque.

Pros:

Large room, comfortable beds, several pillows, quiet, coffee and water around the clock, walk to shops

Cons:

Overpriced as in most lodgings in the area, standard hotel breakfast, room smells of cigarettes

The location is excellent, just a very short drive from the West Entrance of Yellowstone, which makes it extremely convenient for exploring the park.

Our family room was nice, and the breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Having a good breakfast before a long day in Yellowstone was a real advantage and made the mornings much easier.

Overall, we were happy with our choice and felt the hotel worked well as a base for visiting Yellowstone.

Cons:

The family room felt a little tight for four adults, and the price was quite high.

The hotel also feels very tourism focused, and the staff sometimes seemed a little tired or less welcoming than we would have liked. West Yellowstone itself is also very touristy, which was not really our preferred atmosphere, although that is true of many hotels in the area.

Great staff and perfect location.
Pros:

Everything was perfect

Cons:

There’s no connecting pathway from main building to second building that covers you from the outside elements. After going to the pool we have to walk outside cross the parking lot in order to enter the building in order to enter our room.

L’hotel ha una posizione eccezionale, perché situato vicinissimo l’ingresso del parco. Le stanze sono abbastanza grandi e attrezzate di macchina del caffè, ferro da stiro e asciugacapelli, come la maggior parte degli hotel americani per famiglie. Buona anche la pulizia. A servizio degli ospiti, lavatrice e asciugatrice al piano. Colazione discreta. Nel complesso, un’ottima soluzione per famiglie.

Cons:

Prezzi alti rispetto alla qualità offerta; ritengo dipenda dalla posizione invidiabile della struttura.
