Best place to stay
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are nice, the breakfast room and breakfast are great, not to mention Steve at the front desk. We stayed here last year as well, and will certainly be back again next Feb for our snowmobile vacation.

One of the few places to stay in West Yellowstone
Pros:

There are not many good choices for hotels in West Yellowstone. The room did not contain a desk or a closet. We used the ironing board to hold some of our personal items. There wasn’t very good lighting. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff were very nice.

Very nice
Pros:

We come once a year in the winter and we love to stay at the Kelly inn. It is always so clean. The people at the front desk are so nice and accommodating. It’s centrally located in the town.
We have a dog and our dog is able to stay with us.
The rooms are decorated so rustic and nice. It’s a great place to stay!!!!

Loved the room
Pros:

Loved the storage space in the room! Perfect for all my gear and helmets. Breakfast had several options and was hot. Hot tub was a bit cool, so wasn’t much fun, but the pool area was well kept. I’ll stay again

Excellent...will do it again!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and informative, and especially helpful in finding the clothes we left behind. They held the clothes until we were able to return several days later to retrieve same,

Cons:

A bit noisy with folks on the floor above.

Stay here for West Yellowstone getaway!
Pros:

Kelly Inn is a fantastic place to stay in West Yellowstone. The location cannot be beat. We stayed in the Grizzly building (not main building) and it was a little newer and quieter. The breakfast was served in Canyon building, but we didn't mind walking across parking lot to get to breakfast, front desk, pool, etc. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Lighting is ok...wish there were a few more lights in room. Breakfast had good hot and cold options. Plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate. Pool and hot tub were always crowded so we didn't use, but looked like a nice space. We will definitely stay here again for all of our West Yellowstone getaways!

Cons:

Customer service at front desk could be improved a little. Lighting in rooms...more lamps or different hue of light bulb. Seemed a little dark.

Great getaway place!
Pros:

We had cabin fever and made impromptu plans to stay 1 night. We pulled up to the hotel and saw the wood carvings of bears climbing up the outside walls. Our concierge, Steve, was very helpful and accommodating. The whole ora of the hotel from the log furniture, to the fireplace in the lobby was inviting and gave more of a cabin feel than a hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub and pool were large and clean. After we checked out, we wandered around West Yellowstone checking out all the shops and we also found a delicious place to eat. It was the perfect get away and we didn't want it to end so Steve happily booked us for another night! 😃

Great stay in October
