Everything was nice and clean, breakfast was good! Only thing that wasn’t really good was the heater in the room didn’t work very good! Took about 4 hours to warm the room up to the 70 degrees. Putting out a Luke warm heat! I would say it was low on Freon. We reported it but was told there was nothing that could be done till the next morning!

We've stayed in some crummy places in West Yellowstone, the Kelly Inn was good though. Decent breakfast, good location, not run down, and some very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

At no fault to the hotel, the snowmobile riders are a bit rude.

Great place to visit. We have been staying here for years and they always treat us well and Steve at the front desk was great!
The Inn was a great place to stay in West Yellowstone, and it is just outside the west entrance to Yellowstone. Our room was clean, nicely furnished with custom wood furniture, and had all of the amenities we wanted (full private bath, individual heat/air control, comfy beds, tv with Directv, etc.). The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with many choices, 24-hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate, fresh cookies in the afternoon, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff (thank you Steve and Cheyenne!). Highly recommend this inn!
This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are nice, the breakfast room and breakfast are great, not to mention Steve at the front desk. We stayed here last year as well, and will certainly be back again next Feb for our snowmobile vacation.
There are not many good choices for hotels in West Yellowstone. The room did not contain a desk or a closet. We used the ironing board to hold some of our personal items. There wasn’t very good lighting. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff were very nice.
We come once a year in the winter and we love to stay at the Kelly inn. It is always so clean. The people at the front desk are so nice and accommodating. It’s centrally located in the town.
We have a dog and our dog is able to stay with us.

Loved the storage space in the room! Perfect for all my gear and helmets. Breakfast had several options and was hot. Hot tub was a bit cool, so wasn’t much fun, but the pool area was well kept. I’ll stay again
