Awesome location, close to walking street and party

蠻便宜的，不過在酒吧街旁，晚上有點吵，但這價位來說算可以了，建議怕晚上太吵睡不著的別住，會吵到4點多

So noisy at night time

The room is a bit small. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is central and right next to walking street so street music can be heard very loud in your room till 4am. Not a place for light sleepers

The room was adequate but very noisy at night and morning due to walking street being so close. The lift is VERY temperamental. I walked the stairs because 9/10 it did not work.
I had problems with my sim and Ngan on reception was more than helpful. She made my stay there.

At about $30 US/night, I have no complaints. Just need to get a room with no windows to block out all the noise from the convenient Bui Vien Street. If you have higher expectations, then you need to book at a name brand western hotel chain. I would be willing to stay here again for the convenient location.

The front desk receptionist, wanted to take our passports away. He wanted to keep it for 12 hours. He stated that he needed to our passports to police station and make copies, and will return to us 12 hours later. I thought that was really strange. He says he couldn't take copies, he needed the original passports. I could Not allow anyone to take away my passport and promises to return it?! I got really worried. Was he trying to pull a scam on me? He is a 60 year old looking man, I think he is the owner of this hotel. I say to anyone, don't allow anyone to take your passports away when traveling, even government officials. They don't have right to take away your passports. So, I ended up going outside to make copies of my passports and giving it to the receptionist / owner. He then changed his story to, he will now accept copies of my passport. I did stay at this hotel for the week, I didn't think this owner would give me a refund, if I canceled. 2nd, the Air conditioner button did not work. I had to press and hold for two minutes to turn on and off. Other than that, the stay at this hotel went smoothly.

I liked that the staff was friendly. I didnt like that there was no room service. No one ever brought me fresh towels or took out my garbage. I really did not like that my refrigerator was broken the entire time i was there (even though I inquired about it 3 times). The room was much much smaller than advertised and the tv was about the size advertised. The location is great, but if you are a soft sleeper, it is impossible to sleep during the noise at night time. I was supposed to stay for a week, but I left two days early because I couldnt take it anymore. I try to be an opptimistic person, but the experience really sucked.

Great location and value for money, staff are really nice

今回は1泊のみ。
シャワーの出が悪い位であとは問題なく
快適に過ごせた。
フロントスタッフも警備スタッフも親切です。
夜になると斜め向かいのビアホールの音楽が
室内にいても耳障りです。
しかし値段を見るとコスパ最強です。
また泊まりたいです。

Bed smells and club nearly

Cheap and cheerful hotel right in the middle of district 1 bars and restaurants right on your doorstep, nice staff ,clean room if your on a budget this is great.

Plesae improve the hot water supply system!! Solar energy.....no hot water at night and water pressure too small.

Loud booming dance music all night and BEDBUGS!!!!
