Great budget friendly hotel
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we asked if we could check the room before booking as our previous hotel (that we'd come from 10 minutes prior) had bed bugs.

Breakfast was good, nothing particularly for the western taste, but if you like a typical Indonesian breakfast, you'll leave full.

Room was clean, and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

For the price we paid, it's difficult to find any downsides, especially considering we were there as a place to crash before and after trekking Mount Ijen.

A very nice and comfy hotel to stay, breakfast mostly Indonesians foods

The front office manager and staff were very helpful. Although we can’t check in earlier they allow us to deposit our luggages so that we can continue our trips to different places. Thank you guys for the kindness and great service.

Cons:

I tried to reach out the WhatsApp number telling them that I forgot something and requested to let us know they saw and keep them, but none responded to my message. I was a bit stressed but then I got the WhatsApp number of front office manager so I can get the answer quickly.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santika in Banyuwangi. The room was lovely and the bed and pillows were the softest! The restaurant food was very good at great prices, but my favorite part of my stay there was the wonderful staff. Everyone at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and the restaurant staff was the very best, especially Ali, Nuru, Bryan, Dewi and Maya. They all made my stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to all!!👏👏👏

Standard room, great staffs
Pros:

The staffs—all of them are kind, practical and friendly

Cons:

I think they need to refurbish the whole furniture and shower. Put more lightings in the bathroom
