Lovely, clean and friendly
Pros:

This was a great place to retreat to when our other budget accommodation was awful and we needed somewhere to stay for the night. We didn't get to enjoy the facilities as we needed to move on early the next morning.

Cons:

It was a bit loud, the windows didn't seal and the outside noise, including very audible call to prayer at 3am that went for an hour.

Dispute over faulty fridge spoiled our stay. So silly.
Pros:

Food OK - this was not the issue.

Cons:

Given a room with a faulty fridge. Solution obvious - change for one that works. Request refused until we have a major dispute with staff.
All unnecessary. No training in customer relations.

Great option in Banyuwangi
Pros:

Great spot to spend a few nights in Banyuwangi. Our very spacious and comfortable room was on the top floor and had amazing views of Mt Ijen from the balcony on a clear day. Staff were very friendly and helpful our whole stat. The pool area was well maintained and the pool itself very nice to swim in. We ordered in room service for dinner several nights, which was very good. Would recommend as a base to explore Banyuwangi and Ijen.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was a bit average - quality could be improved. Suggest earplugs for sleeping as quite a bit of noise seeps in especially the early call to prayer.

Les chambres vieillissante avec un nettoyage insuffisant ;
Fourmis, cafards…
