Pros:

We were so happy with our stayed. The apartment we were staying was absolutely clean , but they might need some spared doona or blanket as it was a bit cold during the night . Checked in was a bit difficult but overall everything was fine. Definitely will stay again.

Pros:

It was a great place to stay, views was amazing but the only thing that let the place down was the cleanliness of the apartment . When we got there it seem that the place was not clean for a whiled. The bed sheets was not washed, so we had to get them washed.

Pros:

Conveniently located in Collins Street walking distance to supermarket. While as other people have stated the apartments needs a little bit of light maintenance however was still impressed with the modern facilities and very competitive price with all the usual extras. I would definitely book again when needed.

Not bad but could be better
Pros:

The actual check-in process was great, I had no problems getting my key/security pass and finding my room. The apartment itself was generally pretty clean, but there was a really gross stain running down the outside of the toilet bowl which I had to clean myself because I couldn't deal with looking at it the whole weekend. The walls in the corridor outside the apartment on my floor were pretty grotty too to be honest, and piling rubbish up against a wall near the lifts isn't ideal.

I had a little trouble with using the lifts at one stage as well; when I pressed the button to call a lift to the ground floor, the only one that would respond didn't go higher than the 9th floor. My apartment was on the 40th floor and my security pass wouldn't allow me to go to any other floor so I had to just wait for ten minutes till someone used the correct lift to come to the ground floor themselves.

It sounds like a lot of complaining, but I was actually pretty happy with my stay - the view was amazing, apartment was well stocked and the heater was much appreciated given how cold it was outside. I don't know if I'd have loved it so much if I'd paid full price though to be honest.

Friendly, but Disappointed.
Pros:

We stayed in Room 4110. Communication was good, check-in was quick. We had stayed there last year and was impressed, however we were disappointed in our room this year. The drainage from the shower was horrific. 1st shower, there was water on a third of the bathroom floor, and was evident we weren’t the first ones this had happened to - the timber around the door frame had been taped down on one side & coming apart on the other. The room was dusty & hadn’t been vacuumed. During the night, the wall creaked right near the bed head - no sleep at all (3 nights out of 5).
Great location, but don’t think I’d stay there again for the price we paid.

Pros:

Nice location. Was a little noisy . Few things broke like shower clamp . Blinds in bedroom didn’t close all the way and the closer did brake but was fixed quickly. Friendly service. Nice pool and friendly staff. Bed was comfy and I would stay there again . 😄

Is an apartment in a tower in Central Melbourne CBD right next to major subway station and the free tram. Awesome location, especially if not driving. If driving, parking is a little awkward and should really be included with hotel rather than paying extra. Apartment was spacious and good. Good view. Liked the pool and view from there as well.

Very nice apartment, would definitely stay again.
Also, really good "Restaurant 1903" not far away in Spencer st. Good meals and excellent value with a decent red wine included with 'specials'!

Pros:

The apartment was really nicely equipped, clean and comfortable and a great location: only problem was lift access - one was out of action for a day, which could be problematic but seemed to be getting fixed. Would also be great if office hours (and therefore storage) could be 7-7 not 9-5 which didn't suit my work commitments.

Property was close to everything, and had everything we needed for our short stay.
However, there was a lot of basic issues. From holes in the walls, to dirty carpets and glass, a very loose toilet seat and at one stage I noticed at least 4 used bandaids in the pool area

Modern, tidy, great views, comfy, full kitchen, we stayed in 2 bedroom so had 2 bathrooms, had good gym & pool & spa & sauna but after we arrived it was shut for 2 days due to maintenance.

My appartment was a 2 bedroom one on the 52nd floor. It had good views towards the south. The appartment was clean and comfortable. While not large it was cosy and well equiped.
The property is well located and close to Melbourne's major station, Southern Cross Station.

Stayed with small children, fantastic location with tram stop right out the front, well equipped room, great indoor heated pool with an unbearable city view. Will be staying again!
