Prachtige locatie en supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Pros:

De locatie is prachtig en het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook hebben we hier echt heerlijk geslapen. Lange tijd niet zo lekker geslapen dus de bedden waren echt top.

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at Namah Resort Jim Corbett, a member of Radisson Individuals, particularly with the dining services. The food was not at all good in taste, and the menu options were very limited, which made it difficult to find suitable choices. For the quality and variety offered, the pricing felt completely unjustified.
We have visited many properties of Radission and satisfied with services but this was quite disappointing.

Additionally, the restaurant staff did not seem adequately trained to attend to guests with the professionalism expected from a 5-star hotel. The level of service was well below the standard, and overall, the dining experience fell far short of expectations.

I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving both food quality and staff training.
