Hotel last minute cancelled the room due to pipe broken. I need my refund back.

too dirty

I booked for double and already make payment,once i arrived the management told me double room already full and i have to pay extra charge change to triple room.

- Inga engelskspråkiga tv kanaler , inget att se göra i närområdet

Poor internet connection at certain times, no elevator

Location of this hotel is great, near to Penang Sentral, there's a very tasty food court just next to the hotel. Room wise just nice for me, as it was a short stay. Price is good too

The room is clean, but bed is very hard and pillow also very hard.

Плюс только в том что отель находится рядом со станцией ЖД. В отеле было не чисто. На кровати темные женские волосы. Ночью громко лаяли собаки, плохо спали! Хороший напор в душе, горячая вода.

The bed was really hard and The Sheets had some stains

I don't know either they change the bedsheet or not, my body feel itchy when sleeping on the bed. Toilet a bit smelly. Beside than mentioned things, everything is ok

Convenient location and close to good food. Grab is also reasonably priced to get you anywhere you want to go. Towels were dirty.

The only thing good for this hotel is the location. The hotel is very old and run down. Poorly maintained. The wall in the bedroom is peeling off and moldy smell.

Had a good one night stay during school holiday. parking was easy in front of the hotel. air-cond setting couldn't be adjusted but it operated as usual. really affordable

We arrived at 3am in the morning, looking for a place to continue sleeping and taking showers before leaving. The room is really clean and we left feeling happy with enough sleep and feeling clean.
