A fee of €15 per night will be charged per pet.

It is mandatory to present the pet’s vaccination card/passport at check-in.

A deposit of €100 will be collected to cover any potential damages caused by the pet. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage or repairs are necessary.

Cons:

Когда мы приехали нам дали очень маленькую и сильно обкуренную комнату. Но после того я спустился и сказал что я бронировал и платил за Улучшенный номер с кроватью размера «king-size» мне сказали что как будто они мне сделали еще лучше, но в итого дали то что я бронировал. Если у вас машина, то с парковкой трудновато, потому что каждый раз вам должны открывать парковку через дорогу, но персонал который смотрят за парковкой молодцы.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. I had an amazing stay at Lazzoni Hotel. Everything was excellent—from the outstanding service to the warm hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank the two gentlemen at the reception. They were highly professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. They communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and truly knew how to make guests feel valued. Their exceptional service made a lasting impression.

The breakfast was superb, with a great variety of delicious options every morning. The room service was outstanding, and the room itself was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Without a doubt, this will be my number one choice whenever I return to Istanbul. Highly recommended!
