A fee of €15 per night will be charged per pet.

It is mandatory to present the pet’s vaccination card/passport at check-in.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit außergewöhnlich aufmerksamem Service!

Unser Aufenthalt im Lazzoni Hotel war durchweg positiv. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Murat: Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir per WhatsApp kontaktiert und herzlich empfangen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war er jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen schnell und zuverlässig unterstützt.

Pros:

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The restaurant is beautiful and offers a stunning view of Istanbul, which made my experience even more special. The spa area is very pleasant and relaxing, and the breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of options.

The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and caring throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight the manager, Murat, who is very professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. He made me feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again

Pros:

This hotel is very conveniently located. There’s a park nearby where you can visit the open-air exhibition ‘’Archiectural Monuments Of Turkey’’.The hotel has a great spa with a pool, where wonderful massage therapists work, for which we are very grateful. The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, the bed is very comfortable. There’s breakfast buffet offers a very varied menu. A pianist plays during breakfast, it’s very nice. The entire hotel staff deserves the highest praise; they are willing to help you.

Cons:

Everything about the hotel is wonderful.

Excellent service! Great deal for your money
Pros:

1st it was a great deal for a luxury hotel. Second, the area is close to bus stops. Accessible to go around. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming specially Murat, checking on us if there’s anything we need. We’ve run out of shower gel and lotion and it’s a great service, prompt enough to deliver the replacement in our room. The sauna was fantastic too. We didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I highly recommend this hotel for a getaway trip.

Staying in Lazzoni Hotel was wonderful!
Pros:

I liked everything; my room, view from room, breakfast buffet, massages, sauna, steam room, and pool. And of course the staff. Everyone I came in contact with from customer service, reception, manager, waiters, waitresses, cleaning, spa and hair salon was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly! Definitely would return to Lazzoni Hotel.
