Terrace and floor requests are welcomed based on availability of the hotel. Terrace requests are not guaranteed until arrival to hotel.

The guests must use swimming cap to use swimming pool.

There will be daily €30 supplement for additional guests if there is more guests than confirmed total guests on the voucher.

The hotel accepts pets (cats and dogs) weighing up to 10 kg, provided they are well-trained and have complete health documents and vaccinations, and are accompanied by their owner.

A fee of €15 per night will be charged per pet.

It is mandatory to present the pet’s vaccination card/passport at check-in.

A deposit of €100 will be collected to cover any potential damages caused by the pet. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage or repairs are necessary.

Pets are not allowed in food & beverage areas or swimming pools.

Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in all hotel common areas.

Pros:

I liked the location of the property, especially because it’s not far from the important points of the city. The restaurant on the top floor was also very good, and the architecture is very beautiful.

Cons:

In the room, I noticed that for a 4–5 star hotel some things were missing, such as an iron, a pen and notepad, and a hair dryer. I also noticed a lot of humidity on the walls and that the room had very little light. Another thing I noticed is that during the 48 hours I stayed there, there was always only one receptionist, which meant that guests often had to wait 5–10 minutes to ask for a service or assistance.

Really pleasant stay really close to city center
Pros:

Spacious and well tasted decorated room with an impressive bathroom. All the staff members were really polite and helpful with everything we asked them.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Staff was helfpul. The roof top was beautiful. We also visited the spa which was very nice.

Cons:

The location was a bit in the middle of nowhere but at the same time not to far from anything. You are bound to use a taxi anyway to travel around the city.
