Quiet safe, clean room

Second Visit to Davao City and second stay at this Hotel. Great place to stay with friendly staff and FREE BREAKFAST. Great location, easy access to taxis and local transportation. Close to “G Mall” for food, fun and Shopping. Very “American” friendly, I definitely recommend this place.

Location is excellent. Our room is worth for the money. Bathroom is a little bit annoying because it’s too low, water/waste is almost touching our butt.

Very Comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Enjoyed the FREE Breakfast every morning. Excellent location close to Shopping Malls and Restaurants. I would definitely stay here on my next trip.

For the most part it was a nice property. Just a miscommunication about late check in. Good location and clean rooms along with free breakfast.

Davao Royal Suites' property has an old-fashioned interior. Staff are great and helpful. Location is superb since it is at the heart of the city.

Excellent location in the poblacion (central byiness) district. Staff well-trained to promptly attend to customer needs. Excellent value for money. Excellent breakfast. Stayed here 30 years ago; their commitment to quality service remains top notch.

ダバオ空港からタクシーで1時間程度かかりました。混んでなければ45分程度で行けると思います。ホテルは新しいほうではありませんが、部屋の中は清潔感はありました。冷蔵庫がなかったのは残念でした。ホテルの周りには徒歩圏内に数件レストランやコンビニエンスストアがあり食べるのには困りませんでした。朝食はホテルのレストランで典型的なフィリピン料理を食べました。シャワーは温水が出ましたが、勢いはありませんでした。また。便座がなく直接便器に座りました。また水の流れも悪く、1階フロント横のトイレを利用しました。周りは静かなほうでした。

Simple and good place to stay. Friendly and accommodating staffs. Location is close to everything and quiet place if you need time to catch up with sleep/rest.
Parking area is spacious and safe. Someone will look after your car for 24/7.

secured good location to the centro. The breakfast was given nicely, however, serving portion was a little small and limited. very slow internet, cant make a video call on viber or messenger. Hope to improve soon. Good bang for the bucks compared to other hotels.

1st day not really satisfied but because of their assistance on the next day about my small complaint,I appreciate & feel pleasant for the concern from them.

Location is nice, very accessible. Parking space was not easily accessible. There was a cockroach when we entered the bath room.but overall the room was clean. We paid for an additional person but we were not given an extra bed. Plus is they have free breakfast.

Amazing staff but hotel and rooms needed improvement. As water pressure in shower was so low that can have proper shower. Good for short stay/one night as transit but for long term not good. Good location.
