Un hotel destul de cochet.
Nu mi-a plăcut împrejurimile hotelului.
Familie kamer zijn 2 kamers, met een eigen gang en extra tussendeur. De kinderen hadden hun eigen badkamer.
De ligging is perfect als je met de auto reist. Lopen en ov zijn niet heel handig. Taxi kan je op elk moment van de dag te vinden.
De ligging en de faciliteiten van het hotel. Het hotel ligt in een onveilige gebied. Je moet door een wijk waar alleen maar auto reparatie garages zijn, veel mannen en getoeter, dag en nacht! Er is geen fatsoenlijke stoep waar je kan lopen. Als je naar Nisantasi wil, moet je een flinke trap naar boven en dan door een woonwijk waar geen verlichting is. Ook richting Taksim, loop je door achterstandswijken waar nog geen stedelijke aanpak van Istanbul aanwezig is. Geen wijk waar je in de late uurtjes wil lopen. Wij moesten daarom steeds met de taxi.
Het hotel was voor ons geen succes. We hadden 1e dag geen genoeg handdoeken voor ons gezin en een lekkende minibar. De schoonmaker stond om 9 uur al te kloppen op de deur, terwijl onze niet storen knop aan stond. Het geklop bleef doorgaan tot ik de deur opende. De medewerker reageerde geirriteerd en vroeg brutaal wanneer wij de kamer zouden verlaten. Ik heb een melding gemaakt bij de receptie. Het zou opgepakt worden. Toen wij terug kwamen om 23 uur, lagen er weer geen genoeg handdoeken. Na weer een melding, kregen wij 2 handdoeken voor 4 personen. En ik moest 1 handdoek gebruiken voor de lekkende koelkast. Die was niet te reparen, zeiden ze.
De volgende ochtend, stond de schoonmaker om 8.30 uur weer kloppend voor de deur. Ons niet storen knop stond weer aan en wij waren moe, maar de beste heer bleef tot 11 uur steeds kloppen. Toen ik boos de deur weer opende stond hij bijna binnen en vroeg hij weer wanneer we weg zouden gaan. Dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt! Weer een melding gemaakt. Ze zouden het oppakken met de medewerker. Maar totaal geen excuus of iets anders. Ik boek dit hotel om te rusten na een actieve dag in Istanbul, maar rusten of ontspannen gaat je niet lukken hier! Absoluut nooit meer! (Ik reis met mijn man en 2 tiener dochters)
The hotel is very ok, not good neither terrible. The location is not the best (the area is weird, but relatively close to touristic zones). The rooms are not big, and the bathroom is ok. Not a memorable stay, but if you need to be around the area, it is good for the price. If you are going for tourism, I believe you may find better options in an area that is better located and less lonely during the nights. So, I would not say it is a bad hotel, the personnel is incredibly nice and helpful, but if you are looking for some comfortable long stay, I think you may prefer a different place. We stayed only two nights, so it was good. But, again, it is very cheap for the area, so you get what you pay for...
Location is sketchy in the nights, the breakfast is good, but there were some flies around some vegetables and they did not feel as fresh.

المكان سيئ جدا في شارع منحدر بعيد جدا عن الشارع الرئيسي يحتاج مشي نصف ساعه للوصل إلى الشارع الرئيس في صعده غير مستويه والشارع مخيف مظلم ولا يوجد به مطاعم وبعيد
