Not recommended.
Pros:

The Hotel is ok if you just need to sleep for one night.
The Staff is the best part of the hotel. The parking is free and it’s on the street directly in front of the reception. The thumbnail picture is FAKE!

Cons:

The location is scary, definitely you don’t want to walk around at night. Full street car service and trash everywhere. The building around the hotel looks like a scene from a Horror movie. If you want to move somewhere only taxi is the option.
