Pros:

Hotel was under construction but they move to there others hotel & arranged the transport too. I would like to thanks Mr Amro Mohey who arranged all these . Best Arab person I have met in my life . Highly recommended

Pros:

The room is amazing very big nice clean glassy good lights. It is a beautiful place and also the breakfast level nine is a good view. A good food. Too many things to choose. I really impress the staff. Unbelievable very helpful. Thank you very much. I have if I have a chance, I’ll go back to that hotel.

Cons:

Me and my child arrived to the hotel at 3a.m. and discovered that it is under construction, so we couldn't check in. We had to search for another place to stay in the middle of the night in a foreign country, where we came as a tourists for the first time. I don't understand why the hotel is still available for booking or why the hotel charged my credit card just 2 days before our arrival. Why not notify a guest about the circumstances?

Pros:

The location is in a quiet area but still walkable towards to city centre or the beach. Good price - Quality. Personnel was very nice. Room was good so was the bathroom, not luxury but fine. If you get a room on a high floor it will have a good view. there is an excellent Indian Restaurant accessible from the hotels lobby!

Excellent service from Mr Hassan 😁
Pros:

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location. It has a Moroccan cafe. The staff are excellent, especially Mr. Hassan, a respectful person who always has a smiling face. His service and reception are more than wonderful. I advise everyone to try it. Thank you, Hassan.

Pros:

Overall ok - just the bathroom needs improvements (dry place where to place your things, more hooks, hand basin needs a plug for washing small laundry). Breakfast very good with nice view. Location not the best possible - in the nearby nothing interesting. Taxi service from/to airport excellent.

Yes ,, property is good but internet is very very poor,, they should solve this problem,, otherwise they lost the guests,,,

Cons:

Worker are amazing,, they are fully crop rated,, I recommend,, maybe next time again stay with this hotel ,, if they solve the problem,, (internet)

Pros:

The offer as booked of a free breakfast was not honoured. Even though Expedia said they would try and sort it out, it made no difference. Many other minor things like: poor toilet ventilation , difficult to achieve a constant acceptable room temperatre, etc.
Really spoilt our Kuwait visit.

Brilliant staff but aged in poor connection bathroom
Pros:

Staff were brilliant and very good breakfast with loads of varieties to choose from but hotel bathrooms are desperately in need of renovation. We had two rooms and both rooms bathrooms were in poor condition with sign of mould growing.

Location of hotel is close enough to downtown and coast. Internet speed and connection quality is good. Good breakfast. Free airport shuttle is big bonus. Staff is kind and helpful.
