Great stay at the Bella in the cold!
Pros:

We loved the place and location was the bomb. Loved being able to walk downstairs and have a beer! Great overal place top to bottom.

Cons:

We managed because we are able and in shape but for old folks having to park several streets over then walk back and forth could be chore. It seemed like there was plenty of parking to keep you car there over night. Anyway, we will be back for sure!

Very disappointed and OVERPRICED!
Pros:

Location is the ONLY thing I can speak with positivity

Cons:

The site indicates onsite parking, BUT parking is actually almost 1/2 mile away from the inn and in a VERY SKETCHY area. Upon entering the loading/unloading zone, the attendant came out and said,” You have 15 minutes to unload or be towed.” Is that really the impression an establishment wants their guests to be greeted? The inn had a very mildewed smell upon entering. Not impressed and will not be giving positive feedback to others who ask

Pros:

Close to downtown

Cons:

The parking is the worst, a half a mile away, very inconvenient. For that reason I’ll never stay there again. Also No house keeping was by provided or offered.

The room was cute and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was easy to walk to where we wanted to go.
Pros:

I liked the location and it was mostly quiet.

Cons:

Early morning you could hear trucks beeping while backing up, I’m a light sleeper so I heard everything from the windows and the door. It also would have been nice if there was bottled water in the room.

Pros:

The room was cute and fit the needs we needed.

Cons:

The only person we interacted with was some parking guy that seemed to be annoyed bc we needed to park to unload our car. He told us we only had 5 mins to do what we needed to do, but the one only sign that was next to the building stated 15 mins. He tried rushing us when there was plenty of room for others to park. The parking lot was for multiple businesses. We asked for assistance to find the off site parking lot which was not true to the map and was a 20 min walk. The walk was not well lit for night walking if you were to drive anywhere.

Fantastic location and quirky room. Very comfortable, but lots of stairs which may affect some guests.
Free parking a short walk away.

Cons:

Did not get message as to door code. Some other guests helped us out.

Overall the property is very nice and the location can't be beat.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Close to St. George Street and other St. Augustine attractions. Nice view of the bay and the Lion's bridge. Bed and bathroom were nice.

Cons:

Parking was a little inconvenient. It is not as close as indicated in the write-up
Also, there is a bar downstairs which was loud and was annoying at night when we were there. We were in Room 1.

Pros:

Location was great have stayed there several times

Cons:

It is not like it used to be.. bathroom sink assembly felt like it was going to come off the sink. There were two exposed screws on a make shift wooden lip into the bathroom that were rudimentary place. I had to secure the screams to prevent injury, after tripping over the piece of wood
