Perfect stay kay
Pros:

Breakfast was great, I had the steak burrito. Room was spacious. Pool was great. Gym needed a little updating. The place is very near the airport and on a golf course. I hit a bucket of balls after breakfast.. pretty cool. The staff were fantastic. It was my birthday and they gave me a voucher for breakfast :)

Cons:

Place is a little dated and the gym needs a bit of work but for the price, I'd totally stay there again. Popular with families.. prepare to share the pool.

Very clean, comfortable room. Not much noticeable hotel noise in the room. Very friendly staff

Decent stay for the price
Pros:

The bar is very cozy. Food is okay.
Staff very friendly, room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Much construction in the area, little signage to assist with finding the location. Pool was not clean, full of debris for both days we were there.

Average hotel . Close to Mesa Airport
Pros:

The restaurant was nice for breakfast. Waitress friendly . Close to airport in a quiet area .

Cons:

The room deodorizer or freshener in the hotel lobby was overwhelming!!! Both in the evening and mourning . My husband was allergic to it . Smelled like heavy men’s cologne .
The rattling in the room from the AC UNIT was disturbing all night .
Never had to pay to park our car overnight. We drove to the airport ourselves yet still had to pay $10 to just spend the night ? Never have had to do that in any of the other hotels in Mesa . The parking lot was virtually empty . I found that ridiculous.

Great hotel and location! Terrible HVAC system!!
Pros:

It was overall a nice property. Clean, amenities, great location, comfy beds and pillows, ice bathroom, very friendly staff!

Cons:

The hvac system is terrible. The fan would go on for a minute and off for 10 minutes, then repeat the cycle all night long. It was so loud and clunky that it kept us up all night. It sounded like a small crash each time the a/c kicked on. The walls are thin also so we could hear people passing in the hall: Even with a noise machine, the external noises were too much
