Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist sauber und angenehm. Die Betten sind bequem.
Leider habe ich die falsche Zimmerklasse gebucht. Nächstes Mal unbedingt wieder eine Suite mieten mit direktem Zugang zum Garten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im 1. Stock mit kleinem Balkon hat mir nicht so gut gefallen. Es ist mein Fehler!

Nahe an der Flughafenautobahn, sauber
Pros:

Wir haben uns aufgrund der zentralen Lage mit schnellem Zugang zur Flughafenautobahn für diese Unterkunft entschieden.
Die Zimmer sind funktional und sauber, teilweise ist der Weg dorthin (wie im Fall von Zimmer 163) lange.

Cons:

Das Personal ist freundlichund gibt sich Mühe. Ich spreche zwar fliessend Englisch und verstehe Afrikaans, die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption haperte aber doch ziemlich, was ich von so einem renomierten Hotelnamen nicht erwartet habe.
Aufgrund einer Baustelle gibt es draussen überall Staub und Schmutz.
Einige Zimmer sind sehr weit weg, der Weg dorthin mit schwerem Gepäck ist mühselig. (Verstaubte) Kofferrolleys stehen zwar herum, Angestellte, die sie bedienen gibt es aber nicht.
