Picky, responsible guests stay at a dirty, broken down condo
Pros:

The condo had a lot of issues. There was a used toilet seat inside the closet blankets had stains on it. The washer and dryer was broken, and the host told us to use it anyhow even though it was a fire hazard. The host called me picky but I took pictures of everything. There was a broken bed there I don’t recommend it.

Not a good stay this time around

Front desk told me they couldn't find my reservation. Once they found reservation I was told they made a mistake and would have to put us in another room and move us to our original room on Sunday, the next day. Once I got there to check in I was told everything was situated and we would not have to move out the room they gave us. Once we got to room, it was not the same room type I booked, floor looked like it was mopped in greasy water and it was slippery along with empty chip bags were still laying on the floor in the corner. This is our third time my family has stayed here and we were not satisfied this go round.

Pros:

One of the toliets broken. Maintance did fix the next day. Popcorn kernels left from past guest on kitchen chair and balcony.
Had to go to check in to get trash bags and was only given one.

The view was great. Had several places walking distance. But the hotel needs a renovation badly. It was spots all over the room. Damaged cabinets and furniture. The stove was dangerous for small children with knobs up front. No safety locks on patio doors. Room needed better cleaning. The pools were heated but they had all doors and panels removed. When the weather is low 70s and high winds area was real good. The pools need better cleaning and no pool towels. They have good water pressure but the bathroom faucets are to hard and shuts water everywhere. One toilet was leaking and lop siding. Never saw any security. Not having house keeping wasn’t on hotels.com. Had to wash your own towels. Only provided 2 trash bags and no dishwasher tabs. Then got email day before stating if trash wasn’t removed and dishes washed would get extra charges. This is a hotel not private condo. Not offering basic house keeping services is ridiculous. Then leaving we had horrible weather. They only seem to have couple of luggage carts. The drop off on side is so small. Totally chaos trying to load vehicle. Just was very disappointed with so many things here. Would not stay here again.

Pros:

We like the location and view of our room.was spacious and all family fit easily.

Cons:

Furnitures were damaged, room didnt clean properly, mold was in bathroom shower and wall . I move in late so I just had to reclean the whole room my self and make it comfortable.
Floor was not vacuum , I could see that it was just sweep off.
Bed head had dust from weeks or months. Toys was under bedside table from previous guest. Housekeeping need to pay more attention to details.

The smell of cleaner as I arrived. The view and furniture on the balcony.

Cons:

The holes in the sheets can be fixed. The partial tear in the towel could've been noticed and replaced by housekeeping. The tiles on the floor could have been put back together. The tears in the dining chairs and overall comfort chair could be fixed and/or replaced. Then the where it looked as if the door has been kicked in with missing parts could be fixed and/or replaced with a new door. The television was too complicated to figure out when trying to watch it in the evening.

The only good things about this place is that the staff was really nice and of course the location.

Cons:

Our room was absolutely disgusting. The pool area was nasty with debris floating everywhere. You walk into the main elevator area and tiles along the wall are busted up. The elevators were all disgusting. In our room, mold and water damage was everywhere. Almost all of the furniture was broken, water damaged, stained, or just nasty. One of the smoker detectors was unplugged with the battery hanging out of it. Turns out it was like that for a reason because the battery was dead and chirping. There were no additional bedding for our Murphy bed however the phone in our room was also broke so we attempted to call on our personal devices. After 20 minutes of no answer we decided to walk across the street and just ask for a new room. We were given two different rooms to look at and decide from however they were both equally as nasty and worn. One room in particular had a family of roaches chilling in the kitchen sink. We were told there were no other rooms available so we decided to check out that night and had to relocate to a new hotel at 12:00 in the morning. It absolutely ruined the beginning of our vacation. It’s a shame because we used to only stay at the hotel in the mid 2000’s when it was still fairly new. I don’t think a single thing has been fixed or updated since then. Or even cleaned by the looks of it. The only good experience we had was the lady at reception who did everything she could to make the situation better. However there’s only so much she can do when a hotel is a nasty and outdated as this one. I wish I could add more than 4 photos to show how revolted I am that this place is stealing people money and precious vacation time.
