Um horror. Sai um dia antes do previsto. Perdi uma diária.
Pros:

Não gostei. Hotel antigo. Cama pequena. Banheiro horrível. Porta do quarto com defeito. Mau atendimento.

Pros:

O café muito bom, as profissionais um pouco desatenciosas. localização otima.

Cons:

A TV não funcionou em nenhum dos dois quartos, em um deles houve problema na lampada, fiquei por muito tempo sem luz.

Pros:

Gostei do tamanho do quarto e da localização, é uma região bem central.

Cons:

NÃO TINHA ÁGUA QUENTE!
Florianópolis estava em uma semana com as temperaturas variando de 7ºC a 19ºC e simplismente não tinha água quente no hotel.
Alguns funcionários eram muito educados, mas outros stremamente sem edecação e sem tentar resolver o problema.
A limpeza deixou muito a desejar.
