They let dogs stay had one night we heard dog barking thru the evening is annoying also saw a huge palmetto bug (cockroach ) after that left light on in Bathroom...

They had no housekeepers the room was a mess floor looked like it didn’t get vacuum it was dusty

Everything about the place from charges to room the elevator was breaking down

There was blood and hair and mold, and there was also a Control substance in one of the kitchen cabinets, so I was not placed at all with my stay due to that and I’ve tried giving in contact with the business owner to try to see if I could get a refund for my stay. I can also prove pictures of everything.

We booked here from Friday thru Monday and didn’t even stay a full night. For one our ac would not stay cold had the maintenance people come to our room 2 times in one day (the first day) then at 12:00am got woke up to a hot room sweating went back down to the lobby to tell them our ac once again quit working and the ladies down there were so rude. So I went back to my sauna of a hotel room and tried to lay back down was planning to get a refund that morning when we woke up but unfortunately I found 7 bed bugs in the matter of 10 mins while trying to lay back down to go to sleep so I then went back down to the lobby and requested a full refund she said she would not be able to do that I could only get half of a refund so I took that as well as the managers card so I could contact them in the morning and the manager would not even email me back. Meanwhile me and my boyfriend had to stay up a full 24 hours because of this place so it was not a good start to our vacation at all I ended up calling the health department on them and hopefully they will get shut down soon…. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Rooms were disgusting.1st room they gave us was filthy.whoever cleans that place needs to be fired.then they gave us a second room...had used condoms and tampons in the window then lady at front desk said she would send someone to come clean it up and she did not.i asked her who was the owner and how could he be reached she told me he couldn't be reached and I had to speak with her but she didn't do anything to resolve the issue.she as well should not be running someone's business..she running it strait into a whole.just filthy!so finally we told a different lady and she came and took care of the problem I give her a thumbs up!thank u!!next day bathroom ceiling caved in. Had change rooms again so they refunded me 150$ instead of the whole 500$ I paid to stay there..I should have gotten all my money back worse vacation experience ever thanks to them.rooms on booking Do NOT look like the rooms in person.i will never stay there again and I will be finding out how to reach the owner of the hotel.i saved names of employee just choose not to state her name at this time but I will soon.terrible almost unreal.worst vacation and I only got refunded 150 instead of all my money..so we just decided to leave..end my vacation.was not fair to me or my family

The room was old. The Internet was down. The bathroom was nasty and didn’t have any rags and towels.

The room was not clean. There were bugs. Wifi did not work. The patio from our room was dirty. Had to go to the office to get towels. Took 15 minutes for the water to heat up. Crack under front door. This place needs attention.

It was dirty. I didn’t have any hot water in my room. The elevator is literally falling apart. There’s paint peeling everywhere. It was disgusting. The pillows are brown.

Microwave was broken, never got hot. Room doesn’t have any pots or pans so couldn’t use the stove.
