It's an older hotel that has some wear and tear. Parking is across the street

Many Outlets didn’t work! They do not have housekeepers. They didn’t have my room ready when I got there so I ended up having to go to the office for new keys THREE TIMES, then the lady at the desk told me to go to my room to wait on someone to reprogram my door, so that my keys will work. I go back to my room and he wasn’t there, never came smh so again I walk back to the office and she sent me right back to the room. The man finally shows up and tells me I opened it so you can put your stuff in there while I go get what I need to fix the lock?!?!? I said no, I’m not doing that. He got mad and slammed the door shut. I once again went back to the office and the lady gave me a room that was two floors lower….. small frig was leaking, They allow smoking weed and cigarettes on the property so there are roaches and cigarette butts everywhere on the balconies and parking lot. They also forget to tell you about all the construction that’s going on right in your view of the ocean….

It was awful. The clerk was upset and complained that we were there to check in. The elevator really needs work, there's a hole in the top of it and it shook really bad. We were on the sixth floor and decided to use the stairs instead. I picked up glass in the hallway so no one gets it in their feet. Now, for our room, there was a hole in the wall at the toilet (hip high). The fridge and tv didn't work. Which the clerk let us know in her words "the wifi sucks". We had NO linen and had to "bother" the clerk for towels and wash cloths. Also the sink in the bathroom was falling apart and the water pressure in the shower was a TRICKLE. The door to our room kept having an alarm going off through the night and the door wasn't secure at all. We had to put a chair in front of it so we could feel more comfortable. Also the entire hotel reeked of weed. Not a place to take the kids or ourselves again.

The hotel was run down and outdated. The bigger of their two pools, which happened to be at the building we were in, was not maintained or cleaned at all the whole time. The room itself wasn't horrible, but wasn't great either. There is no room service, fine we can work with that, but want an extra towel? Nope. We had a group of 5, 2 adults 3 kids, and only 2 big towels and 3 wash towels. We asked for at least one extra towel for the kids and they refused saying they can only replace a dirty towel. They had a sofa bed in our room and we intended to let 1 of the kids use it but upon pulling it out, it wasn't clean and there were no sheets or blankets for it. One of the air units also did not work, so we relied on the one in the bedroom to cool the whole place. Overall it was just a bunch of things that made me say "never again." I'd much rather fork out a little more money to stay at a nicer one down the road.

Had to ask for towels and sheets and pillows and I woke up with a roach on my arm and it was so loud from construction

Balcony wasn’t was discribe, need some things fixed in the room, very noisy with other tenants til 3am every night, tv didn’t work most of the time, not strong enough WiFi

Their Wi-Fi doesn't work so if you're planning on using it you're going to be very disappointed
