Their was a roach in the bathroom and it was just not clean

Our room smelled of Marijuana so bad we couldn't breathe. Front desk gave us another room which was already occupied. This hotel needs a big upgrade. Carpets was torn, door was rusty, another guest on the elevator which we scared to ride in told us to make sure our doors were locked because if it wasnt tied down it would get stolen. Guests in the parking lot hollering about rolling a blunt before they go up. Drove 4 hours down and turned around and came back home that same night. Needs to be shut down and redone or tore down. Nasty, terrible, just good customer service.

Where to start, hot water took 15-20 minutes to kick in and didn’t last long, the huge draft under the door when it was 28 degrees outside made for a really cold night especially since the room heater didn’t work.

The room was very dirty, the bathroom did not have a mirror and the tub had a large crack in it that had not been repaired. The AC unit was leaking and there was a 5 foot puddle in the carpet upon check-in. I was not going to stay in that room, and they had no other rooms available, so I got my money back and had to find somewhere else to stay last minute. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here, trust me.

Where do want me to start, it was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, if you walked bare foot on the carpet in the rooms and your feet were instantly black, you were your own housekeeper, we ended up switching rooms due to several factors from our first room, one ac unit sounded like a jet engine was going to be taking off, the toilet paper holder was only half of a holder so toilet paper either had to sit on sink or on the back of the toilet, There were several cigarette burns on the counter, the balcony door had to be slammed in order to shut, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a LONG TIME! They take no pride in how clean their rooms look, the popcorn ceiling was literally falling and sagging from the ceiling above our bed and my daughters bed, the lamps were all bubbled and rusted, the paint was cracking, there were massive gaps under the doors,that’s just the first room, the second room although a bit better, but not much, there was dried vomit on the floor next to my daughters bed and on her ac unit, the ac unit in our room was barely working so we went down and informed them of that issue which they resolved by replacing it stuffing gaps with toilet paper, there was dried poop on the wall next to the toilet, oh we seen and killed 3 cockroaches, we had to basically clean up the mess after the ac unit was replaced, I had to go to the front desk to ask to get our room vacuumed, was told they would be on our floor in an hour and nobody showed up so we finally got tired of sitting around waiting to enjoy our vacation so we left, after we got back I went back to the front desk and asked about the vacuuming was told they won’t enter the room without us being present ( which I greatly respect) but got sent upstairs with a vacuum and plugged it in an it turned on as soon as I started it and worked for maybe 10 seconds and then instantly smelled like burning rubber, and looked and the brush wasn’t spinning, so brought it back down to let them know the issues I was...
