Dirty. Feces and garbage on the pool deck for at least 2 days. No vacuuming. Having to trade out towels and wash cloths. Unhelpful staff. Marijuana smell. Shaky elevator. No blankets. Doors don’t shut well. Run down. Zero housekeeping. Lack of toilet paper and trash bags. Rotted, crusted food between furniture. Nasty couch. Old, nasty carpet.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel deserves one.

I actually saw the bad reviews before our trip, but my family had already booked the rooms before I had a chance to really read them. I thought maybe people were exaggerating. They weren’t.

From the moment we arrived, it was one problem after another.

The front desk staff was incredibly rude and slow. I watched an employee throw a pen at an elderly customer instead of handing it to her. Every time we went to the lobby, there was another upset guest arguing with staff.

Then they gave us keys to TWO different occupied rooms. We walked into someone else’s room with all of their belongings still inside. That is completely unacceptable and a huge safety issue.

The elevators were another concern. They were old, shaky, and felt unsafe every time we rode them. The posted elevator inspection certificate was dated 2023, which did not inspire confidence. Every ride felt like you were taking a chance.

The hotel itself is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Hallways smelled like marijuana, bathrooms were stained, mold was visible on the ceilings and walls, trash was left behind from previous guests, broken headboards, and the balconies were filthy. The only positives were that the air conditioner worked well and the beachfront view was nice.

Getting towels became a daily headache. Housekeeping couldn’t provide them—you had to wait in long lines at the front desk, and twice we were told to come back later because they had run out.

The security was one of the biggest concerns. We witnessed homeless individuals roaming the property, digging through trash, and taking guests’ belongings. We also witnessed someone enter a ground-floor room and leave with a bag. In another incident, suspicious people appeared to be going door to door pretending to leave coupons while trying room handles.

The room sucked, should've had a condemned sign for it. Barely had any AC, i had to sleep on the sofabed because the AC in my room was atrocious, table was wobbly, toilet was dirty and there was a waterbug the size of Wyoming. There was a leak in the ceiling when it rained. Worst case scenario happened towards this room. Was very close to checking out early in favor of another hotel. Definitely would not recommend

he did not like the fact that it was not clean. There was dirty washcloths left in our room. The carpets were nasty and there were cockroaches.

We arrived Friday evening & during that night my wife went to the bathroom & cut her foot on bare piece of metal carpet strip that was exposed previously before we arrived. Administered first aid to stop the bleeding & to keep her foot from getting an infection.
The shower was broken. Eventually the maintenance man told me that the cold water was turned off, so my wife about scolded her feet on Saturday morning, The office was closed on Saturday when I tried to get someone to fix the shower.
I found a maintenance person to fix the shower on Sunday. Two men tried to fix the problem & couldn’t on Sunday.
The manager showed on Monday morning & wasn’t aware of our problems. He asked what he could do make us happy & after not being able to shower after going to the beach for Three days & my wife nursing an injured foot.
I told him could refund me my $810 that I paid for 5 nights he refunded me $319 for the two nights that I wasn’t going being to be using because we were not staying for the last two nights.
This was 5 night trip to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday & was not what we bargained or paid for.

Had to get our trash and towels ourselves every day

Place needs a remodel. Elevator was broken

We was on the 6th floor with no elevator working.....no towels in room upon arrival, no safe in room

Cleaner rooms,friendlier staff. Throw away nasty pillows fix things that are broken.
