Our stay was nice.
Pros:

The room had a very strong odor of an air freshner or something, I have asthma and had a hard time had to leave the balcony door open and the bathroom door closed.

Cons:

I loved everything about the hotel but the room had very strong odor. I also booked the trip with booking.com and the price went from 69 dollars to 96. The gentleman at the front desk told me he would put the remaining balance on my debit card but it cost me more than he said. His name was Texas Ted and he also told us our room was not ready when it was. Clearly all the housekeeping staff had left but he didn't understand. I told him to give us the keys and let us go to check the room and it was ready.

Pretty much perfect.
Pros:

The courteous and friendly staff. The convenience of having a restaurant on site. The perfect location.

Cons:

The only thing I would recommend is that when requesting your room be serviced that the beds would have been made. The bathroom was definitely refreshed but I was a little surprised the beds were not made. It isn’t an issue that would make me rethink staying again but a suggestion.

A relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay with excellent service and a great atmosphere.
Pros:

Amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating — definitely a 10/10 stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that the elevators took a pretty long time, especially during busy hours. Other than that, everything about the stay was amazing!

Pros:

Its our go to ,at the beach hotel.just stayed 4 different times. Evertthing was fine, the rooms ,towels, pool area, Julia and Ryan at the front desk always outstanding!

Peaceful and scenic
Pros:

It was right off the boardwalk. The view was beautiful, fire pit was nice. Swing over looking ocean was great. Staff were polite. When asked to use fire pit, they came and turned it on for us.
Had allergies and they provided me with extra tissue boxes which was great.

Cons:

Bed was okay. No continental breakfast. Could not get in WiFi.
Overall these are really small issues, I would recommend your property and stay again myself.

Quality, clean and affordable
Pros:

Clean and maintained. While I did not use kitchen the appliances were in great shape and frig/I’ve worked. It lets worked and plenty of towels with shampoo, soap and conditioner.

Cons:

Their comforter is ridiculously heavy! Makes sleeping difficult to turn over because of the weight! Check out could be faster by leaving key in room but on 3rd floor elevator goes to basement so get car and drive around to leave key at front desk.

We stayed here many times before and will continue to stay at this location.
Pros:

The location is perfect -we had oceanfront room and had a great view of the ocean ! Staff was helpful and friendly ! Our room was updated and very clean. Great stay

Cons:

Parking is a little tight.
